Hi...it says to stretch 1 cm than fully outstretched penis but then I read on here 1 cm longer than flaccid length? Can someone please clarify this? Thanks

Yes, one cm. or more past your flaccid stretch.
 
Do I have to stretch it hardcore to the max then add 1 cm, or do I just stretch it out without stretching it hardcore to the max

You want enough intensity that you feel a productive, strong stretch that you can hold for 30-60 minutes before a break. If you are feeling pain, loosen things up and build up slowly to your max intensity. You will have this mastered in a weeks time.
 
What I find really helps is heat!
I'll start out 1/2 hr each of bundled, then an hour straight. After that I'm maxed out in rod length it's "Power Hour" time! I ad plastic inserts in the SG headpiece & wrap with a rice sock & feel the stretch. After that hour of heat I leave everything in place for the duration.
 
the key is to STRETCH! Don't injure yourself but don't be afraid to really go for it!

We always want to go as intense as possible. It is important to understand that it is VERY hard to injure yourself while flaccid stretching. The better the intensity the faster the growth.
 
I actually use my SG about 1cm past BPFSL .

Lets say you have a 16 cm bpfsl so you set SG at 17cm, after you use your SG for a solid 200 hours you measure at 16,5cm bpfsl, so now you either decide to maintain your tension for more 50-100 hours to see if any more gains are made, or increase your SG tension to 17,5 cm .

I believe this is the right way to produce gains on the long term, also warm up and manual stretching are very important.

on top of that, if you have the time and privacy to heat your penis while on SG, with heating pad or rice sock every 15-30 minutes that will surely help the gains!!
