So I recently hung out with a girl I work with. She likes me, but is a strange chick. Claims she doesn't like to hold hands, or cuddle before or after sex. meshuggah I wouldn't date girls in your work or go for one nighters believe me it can lead to trouble if things don't go well. I would try something if you both weren't working at the same place.
