Hi, just wanted to enlighten you about the Nine Dragon Jade excercises, they were used by ninty year old chinese emperors to keep their erections strong and to increase the size of the penis and glans.

Wondered if anyone has tried them?
 
I found a website that claims to give out a free eBook with the nine exercises. The automated form on the website did not work, but I have e-mailed them. If they reply with it, I will upload it and post here.

Additionally, there is a book that seems to cover the area in depth. The Sexual Teachings of the Jade Dragon: Taoist Methods for Male Sexual Revitalization by Hsi Lai

This link displays libraries that are in possession of the book. Maybe somebody who lives near one could check it out and scan/ write up the exercises? I would if I wasn't 120 miles away from the nearest one.

Well, sorry in advance for my english
I read the book, like other taoist books. They do a normal stretch and jelqing routine, plus they add some chi meditation. Nothing new for you guys. In this forum (and others) there are lots, lots, lots of various exercises.

Thanks for clearing that up. It was intriguing, but I suspected that it would be basic exercises. By the way, your english sounds good to me!

There are three herbal formulas you are told to use with the exercise. Joyful Dragon Formula: 3 grams of Yuan chih (Polygala Japonica), 3 grams T'u szu tsu (Cuscuta japonica), 4 grams She ch'uang tzu (Cridium japonica), 3 grams Wu wei tzu (Schixandra sinesis), 3 grams Jen shen (Panax ginseng), 3 grams Jou tsung jung (Boshniakia glabra).

Take Joyful Dragon in pill or tea form three times a day for nine consecutive days, then take as needed. It stimulates blood flow to the penis, thus expanding the corpus cavernosa, stimulating the growth of the bulb of the corpus spongiosum, causing the increased production of semen and the frequency and prolongation of erections, while also encouraging multiple ejaculation.

Dragon King Ointment: 3 grams Jou tsung jung (Boschniakia glabra), 2 grams Hai tsao (Sea Grass), 9 fluid ounces Lu kan cha (Deer Liver Extract)
Apply the ointment to the outer surface of the penis (Jade Stem) three times a day for forty five days or until the Jade Stems size has reached its maximum (usually two to three inches of added length and one to two inches of girth). The herbs in this ointment cause the penis to attract more blood in the dorsal veins, arteries and capillaries thus causing the two corpus cavernosa chambers and the glans penis to swell. The ointment is usually applied once when doing the Nine Jade Dragon Exercise, and then twice without the exercise. After the ointment has been applied three times, the penis can be washed and cleaned with clear water.

Dragon Horn Formula: 3 grams Hsien ts'ao (Immortal Grass), 4 grams Yuan chih (Polygala japonica), 4 grams Wu wei tzu (Schizandra sinesis), 4 grams Po tzu jen (Cedar Seeds), 4 grams Jou tsung jung (Boschniakia glabra), 4 grams Ch'e ch'ien tzu (Plantago major), 4 grams T'u szu tzu (Cuscuta japonica), 4 grams Jen shen (Panax ginseng)
This formula has many benefits, especially for men in their late forties and older. The Jade Stem will enlarge one inch in both length and girth, and erections will come much more easily when one is engaged sexually with a woman. The formual prevents the erection from shriking during sex and greatly increases semen production. Although the formula does not need to be taken every day, one should do so for the first month or two, until the effects are readily apparent.

I will post the actual exercises next. The herbs are used in conjunction with the exercises to maximize results.
 
The Nine Jade Dragon Exercise

Preliminary Treatment
After taking the herbs, wait approximately thirty minutes and then begin the following regimem

Remove all clothing from the lower body. Soak the entire shaft of the penis in warm water for three minutes. The water should be lukewarm. All the exercises should be done sitting upright on the edge of a chair.For all the self massage techniques use an oil (or the dragon King ointment) to help make the actions easier and smoother.

1.Dragon Pressing its Body

this is an acupressure exercise for strengthening erections. The exercise will ensure that sufficient blood flow and qi will reach the genital area for the following exercises.

Rub the area three inches below your navel with your right palm clockwise thirty six times, and then clockwise with your right thumb thirty six times on the same area.

Press hard with your thumbs three inches above the medial of the ankle, slighlty behing the tibia. Press hard in and out thirty six times on both legs.

Press hard with your thumbs three inches below the kneecap and one inch to the lateral side of the tibia. Press hard in and out thirty six times.

With your palms massage vigorously upward along the legs to the groin area.

2. Dragon Wagging Its Tail

This method consist of slapping the penis head against each of the thighs. This draws increased blood into the head of the penis and desinsitized the penis so it wont ejaculate during the remainder of the exercises.

Place the right hand below the groin and press in slightly on the perineum with the middle and index fingers. Hold the other fingers up and away from the area.

Position the left hand so that the thumb and index fingers completely encircle the base of the penis and the rest of the fingers lie along the shaft pointing toward the penis head. Slap the head of the penis against the left thigh thirty six times. Then revers the position of the hands and slap the penis on the right thigh thirty six times. The slapping should be moderate and slow. Do not slap the penis so hard that the penis feels a sting, but do not slap so soft that a sound isnt produced.

3. Dragon Twisting a Pillar

This method consists of twisting and pulling on the penis shaft. The benefit is that the penis begins stretching and loosening all three blood chambers.

Hold the base of the penis firmly with the index fingers and thumb of the right hand, with the remaining fingers resting on the testicles. Bring the left hand over the penis and grasp the shaft firmaly with the index finger and thumb, as in the slapping method above. Twist and pull your left hand up to the underside of the glans penis thirty six times. The reverse the postion of your hands and twist and pull with the right hand thirty six times.

4. Dragon Pressing its Head

This method consist of squeezing and pulling the penis. This aids in bringing more blood into the three chambers and glans penis. It also helps in increasing the penis' girth.

Hold the base of the penis firmly with the right hand, as in the previous exercises. Press the thumb and index finger of the left hand firmly against the front and back of the penis. As if squeezing toothpaste from a tube, bring the hand up just below the head of the penis and hold it there firmly. Use some force to try to flex and expand the muscle of the glans penis, do this nine times. Repeat the series thirty six times, holding the penis firmly with the left hand, and then switch hands and flex thirty six times, this time while holding the penis with the right hand.

5. Dragon Stretching its Claws

This is an extension of the previous one and is primarily used to fully stretch the three chambers. In this technique, you pull down and back with one hand, while pulling out and up with the other, as if pulling the penis apart.

Hold the base of the penis with the right hand, and grasp somewhat firmly along the underside of the glans penis with the index and the thumb.

Simultaneously pull outward and up with the left hand and down and back with the right hand, as if pulling the penis apart. Do this thirty six times, the switch position of the hands and perform another thirty six times.

6. Dragon Holding Its Breath

this is used primarily for lengthening the penis and enlarging the glans penis. It entails both squeezing and holding blood into the head of the penis.

Hold the base of the penis firmly with the right index finger and thumb. Using the left index finger and thumb, grip the underside of the glans penis, pulling the penis slightly outward and up. Next, squeeze the penis shaft, drawing blood into the glans penis so that it enlarges slightly. Hold this position and your breath for a count of nine, and then release the pressure of the left hand. Do this three times, then change the position of the hands and do another three repetitions.

7. Dragon Entering the Cave

this is primarily used for expanding the width of the penis. It makes use of the squeezing and flattening of the penis shaft from the base up to the glans penis.

Place both thumbs and index fingers at the base of the penis shaft, with the thumbs on the top of the shaft and the index fingers below. With firm back and forth motions, squeeze and flatten the penis all the way up the shaft to the underside of the glans penis. Repeat this thirty six times.

8. Dragon Entering the Bamboo Stalk

this is used for widening the penis shaft. It makes use of rolling the penis shaft between the two palms of the hands.

Place the palms of both hands along each side of the penis shaft. Starting from the base of the penis, vigorously roll and exert inward pressure on the penis, moving the hands upward along the shaft tot he underside of the glans penis. Once at the top, bring the hands down to the base and begin rolling again. Repeat this thirty six times.

9. Dragon Stroking its Whiskers

This is a method for enlarging the glans penis and for lengthening the penis shaft. It makes use of a rolling of the palms over the glans penis.

Hold the base of the penis firmly with the right index finger and thumb. Swipe the left palm firmly over the glans penis, moving from the top to the back of the penis shaft. While swiping, pull, press, and stretch down as far as possible without causing pain. Pull, press, and stretch the penis to the right side thirty six times.

Swith the hands so the the left hand is holding the base of the penis and repeat the pulling, pressing, and stretching of the penis to the left side thirty six times.

Honestly I think your better off doing exercises that have been posted here on the forums... I haven't really looked over these nine exercises but I'm sure its basically the same concept of the exercises we know already.
 
I'd seriously take it with a pinch of salt. Where is a reference to the original material? I have seen over the years since being involved in Penis Enlargement, many stories about past civilisations and tribes doing al kinds of things to make the penis larger and granted some are true, but you get things like this which to me sound rather false.

I would bet that this information came from a site which asks for a fee for some e-book with the methods in? most likely they have found a Penis Enlargement book and just vamped it up with fancy shit to sell it as it sounds good right! I could go away now and comeback with 'The Maori Secrets of Penis Enlargement' and just add a tribal spin to several Penis Enlargement exercises I'm familiar with.
 
They seem to work Penis Enlargement in with mysticism. SOme of the exercises resemble current Penis Enlargement exercises.
