Hey all. I know I'm new here but I've been into Penis Enlargement off and on for over a year now but some recent events have really got me into making myself into a healthier person. One of which is the fact that my mother recently suffered a major heart attack. Of course, after talking to some relatives it aparently is very common amongst my family. So sure enough about 3 weeks ago I renewed my membership to the local YMCA and have been doing 30 minutes of cardio religiously every day. Now I have never had a problem getting an erection, however since I started running and my heart has started pumping a little harder, my erections have seen a phenominal increase in strength and I feel like I'm 15 again. Now I know kegels are great for increasing erection strength, but I believe if you pair the two the combo will be unstoppable. Not only that, but my fat pad has been slowly going down as well further enhancing the look of my penis. Just thought I would share!;)

I'd agree.

For me, Penis Enlargement has always been a lower priority than say, working out, studying, etc.

Fat guys trying to make their penises bigger confuses me. Not that they shouldn't, but...

Ouch. Sounds a little harsh and stereotypical but I understand exactly what you are saying. I work part time, 25 hrs a week, am a full time student so 15 hrs. class + 30 hrs. of studying and about 2 hrs. of working out x5 days a week gives me 80 hours total committed time. Then add in 8 hours of sleep a night and that is now 136 hours. That leaves me 32 hours a week TOTAL free time, and all of that doesn't include housework like laundry and dishes or social time with friends. Notice how the margins are barely there? So right now for me to dedicate an hour each day to jerk my dick doesn't seem to plausable. So I simply do what I can in the mean time. Hey, does anybody have a daily quickie schedule they could show me? I'm sure that I will get the lecture on "to see results you need to put in more time" bs, but some is always better than none.
