Ok Ive read about those exercises for the scalp by Frank Haggerty of his website (its like hairlossisreversible.com or some shit) and Ive been doing them hardcore for a few days- like 4 or 5- and Ill be damned, but they really seem to be working already! I dont think im fooling myself, as Ive been taking propecia for about a year and also ive used monoxodil on/off for about the same and all it did was slow the loss down a bit.. But now with all three of these things going, my hairloss has been very minimal for the past couple of days....

I know, i know.. This is still the early days of doing the excercises, but Im pretty excited that they actually seem to work.. haha.. And after the first 2 days of doing them muscles in my forehead and all along the top and back of my head were sore! It was def. a weird feeling..

Anyone else ever try these things?

Guys, seriously.. If your losing your hair in anyway due to MPB try these exercises! I have nearly completely halted my hair from shedding.

Yea, I'd like to know what these exercises are too. I'm 22 and have had moderate hair loss for the last 5 years. I take propecia and use rogaine 2x a day. I'll do anything else to help. This sounds too good to be true though, but I'd still try it.

You really are the lurker KING. September 2003 and I've never seen a single post by you.

and I'm 100% certain these will work. I started meditating on my 'crown chakrah' (essentially the scalp) to stop hair loss and it definately halted it. I'm 23 and was beginning to thin out near the hair line but I definately stopped it in its tracks. Anything that increases blood flow there is helpful.

Wierd...I just found Haggerty's site and started doing the exercises about 5 days ago.

I've been doing a few other things as well. I'm not interested in topical or oral drugs for hairloss.

IMO hairloss is an outward signal of a inner disorder, or imbalance.

Well your opinion isn't backed up at all by science. Chopping your balls off has stopped hairloss for many people, does that mean your balls are responsible for some inner disorder and that all balding people are really women trapped in mens' bodies?

But back on track. Scalp exercises are shown to be moderately useful in studies. Ultimately, they reduce inflammation significantly and inflammation speeds up MPB. All of you with hairloss know what I'm talking about: a head that itches like crazy and sucks. After doing scalp exercises for a week or so, this itch goes down a LOT. I do these every day, but I don't expect it to perform any miracles on my hair, just help out a little bit.

How long have you been doing the exercises? What, if any results have you seen from them? If just a reduction of shedding and skin itching, how significant is it?

If these dont work I may have to chop my balls off!! Or shave my head, since I would like to continue Penis Enlargementing

Been doing them for a few months, but only consistently for a month. I think I'm still losing hair, but my scalp feels seriously better. Shedding is probably down a bit. I'm really gonna start going crazy with the hair loss stuff over the next month: I'm importing RU58841 from China, and I'm getting apple polyphenol bulk powder from some chemistry site. I'm gonna make my own topicals from these using distilled water, ethanol, and PPG. Been researching nonstop so I can get this out of the way. I'm also gonna apply hydrocortisone to the bald areas on my temples. I'm getting sick of research, so it'll be nice to have it all in front of me so I can just get on with my life and not have to even think about my hair.

All this will cost like $80-90 a month, but it'll be worth it. It should keep my hair looking good until hair multiplication works. Over the summer I'm also going to start IGF-LR3 injections, which should help even more.

WOW...where the fuck did that come from...women trapped in men's bodies...huh

Science, well science ain't backing Penis Enlargement much either so I guess we all might as well fuck off then.

You can have your theories on hair loss and I can have mine. Science and medicine have'nt solved shit IMHO (regarding MPB) and the pharmacutical business...well I'm sure they would love to keep men hooked on a drug that offers just enough hope that they will remain dependant on it long enough to help Pfizer or whoever profit a few more billion.

I agree that most pharmaceutical companies are unethical regarding hairloss, which is why I'm making my own topicals...

However, there HAVE been a ton of studies linking androgens and hairloss, and showing that DHT inhibition markedly slows the process. I'm not sure if you've studied statistics, but if you don't believe in statistics then it means you don't believe in mathematical probability and logic, making arguing sort of pointless.

And moremeat: It definitely sounds crazy to think of how much different stuff I'm gonna have on my head, but it's actually going to be only a few ml of liquids twice a day and the hydrocortisone cream 2-3 times a week. I'm really praying that this is manageable, cause I sleep over at girls rooms a lot and they're probably gonna think I'm insane! I'll try and remember to post about my results in a few months, cause I've put a ton of research into this.

Hey, I just came back across this. My hairloss has stopped and my hair has even thickened up a bit. Everyone in my family has a high hairline, but if I get another 1/2" of hairline regrowth I might have a better hairline than some of the women. The only downside is that I'm probably paying like $1000 a year, most of it going to the RU58841.

Still doin' the excercises, and I can honestly say I think that they've really helped a lot. I don't take anything for hairloss other than flax seed oil and I keep a healthy diet= no hair loss drugs. I highly recommend these exercises to anyone who is looking for help with early hair loss- not so sure that they'd be as helpful to guys who are 'too far gone.'

I'll hopefully have more good news to report on these in the future as I continue to do them in my free time, daily. They're actually quite relaxing and enjoyable :)

can someone post a link to the website where these exercises can be found. i have googled to no avail.
