For whatever reason I can't make reverse kegels work for me to suppress ejaculation. I can push out like I have to pee and can expel semen but the urge only stops when I stop otherwise it wont go away no matter how hard I try. I can piss hard and make it streamer harder but for weeks I can't feel any muscles at my base of my penis feel like they are moving. I can push them if concentrate but nothing while urinating and cant feel anything to suppress ejaculation
what might I be doing wrong?

You must do your kegel Work ouside the edging or sex to master the proper muscle contraction first and make sure you master standard kegels first.

One thing that helped me getting the RK was doing them back to back with normal kegels, i.e: do a standard kegel and then without any pause transition into the reverse kegel. This way you'll have better muscle awerness.

its hard for me to grasp this reverse kegel idea. All I know is its supposed to be good for stretching but I don't train like that only constrict which is why I'm really down with amazing isometrics. I'll probably start doing towel lifts or anything I can, also I believe ejaculatory control has to do with your mind therefore the op could maybe get more disciplined?

Ejaculatory control is all about knowing your body and being aware of your level of arrouusal and when to slow down so you don't get over the PONR, from my research kegeling and reverse kegeling has very little to do with it though many people say it makes a big difference.

This is true but the sequence may be different from man to man on the way they use the Kegels and Reverse Kegels. Some men at the PONR will use a strong reverse kegel to stop the ejaculation but to others this may cause the ejaculation so they may need to Kegel at this point. For me, I practiced different sequences until I found what worked for me. It is good advice to take some serious time to sit down and try different methods until they find what works best for them.

RK prevents me from doing uncontrolled kegels/spasm.
I am not focusing on doing RK during sex, but it seem to me that the RK routine makes me relax even further when having sex, which again prevent me from doing uncontrolled kegels/spasm.

Like I said it is usually a different combination for each man but the answers to premature ejaculation are in a sequins of the kegel and reverse kegel.

So then my dick has a sort of "cheat code" for an everlasting boner?
