Do you own an extender? If you used an extender for at least a few hours a day after you gained that inch I bet the gains would have stayed or possibly even increased. If you do decide to give it another shot I would strongly recommend an extender and a bathmate.
 
You didn't give it enough practice, but hey you accept yourself so hats off to you bra :D
 
I´m a beginner myself but based on what I´ve read people say gains can be permanent. If you started hanging again and gained that inch back and then started manual stretching to cement it dont you think maybe you could make it permanent? Gaining it back would probably be fairly fast too. Even if you feel discouraged now I think that sacrificing half a year of your life for an inch that might be permanent sounds worth it.

it can be compared with people who have piercings. i had a piercing when i was a kid. and it is 100% gone today.

but one of my friends had his for 6 months more and he will always have the hole.

the tissue need some time to adjust this new scenario as the new normal.

which is also why tight underwear is so counter productive if you want to grow.

or to compare it even simple.

blow up 2 balloons to their max capacity

release the pressure on one of them. but hold it on the other one for 2 days. and release the pressure.

I will work with you every day until this is accomplished if that is what it takes. I never, ever want a Brother to leave for lack of gains. I complete respect your choices but I also want to leave the door open to you to come back any time you want. You are a Brother and that is for Life!

The fat pad is the major problem here. When I gained half inch from bundled stretches within 3 months last year, I reduced my fat pad drastically during the process too. You won't see anyone without a fat pad complaining about lack of gains.

Is fat Pad a natural thing? maybe it is maybe not, i think depends on nutrition,lifestyle,genetics,habits etc but a half an inch thick fat pad is a natural thing..?:(

PE can be totally free.

Its called flaccid stretching.

PE to me has become less about growing and more about innovation for others that start and have the best options and safest most effective tools at their disposal. After all, DLD and myself an a few others had to come up with all this.

Now I do PE cause its fun and it helps others who are exited about it. Wether you gain an inch or eight. Its a lifetime discipline for me.

In some ways it is a natural thing but not to a great point. Most men, when they lose weight and get to their ideal weight will see almost no fat pad, maybe .5" tops. When I lost weight to the 145 pound mark I had almost no fat pad but I have seen rare cases where men are very thin but still hold weight there. The best thing to do in addition to PE to get a bigger penis is diet and exercise and get to your ideal weight. Men who are overweight, as I was, may lose up to 3 inches of penis in there fat pad!
 
I am very glad I dont really have a fat pad. The thought of having a part of my dick hidden away by fat seems sort of depressing.

On a serious note, the fat pad is a big setback for length gains. We all need to do something about it.
 
I'm new to PE. But i've spent a lot of time in the gym and I believe this may apply here. Being successful at something is a battle of attrition, those who push through when the going gets tough are the ones who stand out and the guys who you point at and say "I wish I could be like that guy". Flexibility is the key to not breaking, if I was spent for time i'd cut my workouts over a day, 30min morning, 30min night. Times of lacking motivation are the make or break times. You fall off to wagon you get back on, just think if you stayed at it for another year and gain 0.5". That's close to 9inches.....

I will measure my pad tonight and let you know where I am. I have not done this for 9 months, the time it took me to drop 40 pounds.
