Hello guys . My name is Andrew , i'm 20 yo and i started P.E. 5 month ago . I first started with a stretch / jelq / edge routine and for the beggining it was effective . I gained 1.5 cm in lenght and 0.3 - 0.5 in girth and tons of veins , wich sure i like . I am now at 17.5 cm in lenght and around 15 cm in girth . I am proud of my gains but never satisfied , so i want more , like always . I buyed a vacum pump , cheap one , that cost me like 40 $ . Yesterday was my first pumping session and it felt more enjoyable and a lot easyer . I want you guys to take a look at my routine :

Week 1 : 10 min pumping ( 5 days a week ) + 300 jelq split by 5 days
Week 2 : 15 min pumping ( 5 days a week ) + 350 jelq split by 5 days
Week 3 : 2 x 10 min pumping ( 5 days a week ) + 400 jelq split by 5 days
Week 4 : 2 x 15 min pumping ( 5 days a week ) + 400 jelq split by 5 days
Week 5 : 1 x 20 , 1 x 10 min pumping ( 5 day a week ) + 450 jelq split by 5 days
Week 6 : 2 x 20 min pumping ( 5 days a week ) + 500 jelq split by 5 days
week 7 : 3 x 20 min pumping ( 5 days a week ) + 550 jelq split by 5 days

I warm up with a rice sock for 15 min before each session .

My questions abou this routine are :

1. Is my routine good for a beginne ?
2. When i should implement stretch in my routine ?
3. Should i jelq after each pumping session ? For ex : after my 10 min pumping , i do 50 jelq , than i pump for other 10 min and finish with another 50 jelq
4. I should edge before each session ? For 30 - 40 min ?
5. In Week 8 or so on , what my routine should be like ?

Thank you for your time and your help . Have a very nice day !

I forgot something so i think is already if i replay .

About a cream for moisturize , i'm using shea butter from nivea and is working very well . Is there another cream or oil that i could pick ?

If you guys want to take a look at that shea butter : Nivea Baby - Nutri Sensitive SOS Cream

It looks like a good session in content but I would suggest that your break up your Pumping sessions with the jelqing instead of keeping them separate. Going with 5 minutes of pumping combined with 5 minutes of jelling and repeat for as many sets as you like. This method has brought gains more consistently than any other. You can include stretching right away. Jelqing and Pumping are for girth while stretching is for length. The cream you are using is fine, if you experience irritation, dryness, itchiness, redness, etc. try Hydrocortisone cream.

Thanks a lot for your advices . I'm not using that cream for irritation , i tought that cream is good because is contain shea butter , some lipids and vit. E . If you can recommand me a good cream for 'post workout' i would appreciate .

As I said, the Hydrocortisone is the best to use after a workout, it heals many issues associated with PE.
