Hallo community
I have a big Problem.I have Phymose and was today by the doctor.He said: the foreskin must up.Ok. Now i want to know do you have some advise to me because i am very afriad of this.I dont know how it is in england but in Germany its very unpopular.

What is Phymose? Tried to look it up but could not find an English definition. I also do not understand the rest of the question.
 
Phymose is a illnes. Its when your foreskin to tired is. And its stick on the glans

Gosh every time I read one of your posts it seems to make me angry. You post one and two line responses with no structure or evidence backing your claims. You ask for help whilst not giving details as to stats/routines.

Considering your post count I would have thought that you would of got the jist as how to post an intellectual post which MAY just have some help within it.
 
His English is very limited. Is there someone who writes German who could help this poor fellow out? My German is just too limited.

yes its true my english is limited Hydromax. Ok i have on 29 January a OP. But i am very nervous because the doctor said i will have 4-6 weeks Problems.
 
Is the operation a circumcision? cutting off the foreskin?

I have a mild case of that. I put my fingers inside my foreskin and then stretch it out. Over time I think it will go away.

I think it might be possible to stretch it out manually over time. That is what I am doing. I grab it with the two long fingers of both hands on the inside of the hole and just pull steadily. I am seeing it get looser now.

I think that loosening the end of my foreskin has helped with making my penis thicker on the end too.

You will be fine. Take pictures before and after, it would be cool to see.
 
This guy is talking about phimosis. I have it as well and am trying to stretch it out before I contemplate surgery. Even if I have surgery, I won't have a circumsition, just a couple of slits in the forskin to allow it to easily retract.
 
Ok i get today a circumsion. It looks bad Do somebody know if a cisum penis is better for womans. I will post at evening before pics.
 
Here are some alternative treatments to surgery, if you want to keep your foreskin. Think about long and hard before you get your dick snipped, you may regret it.

- Application of topical steroid cream for 4-6 weeks to the narrow part of the foreskin is relatively simple and less expensive than surgical treatments. It has replaced circumcision as the preferred treatment method for some physicians in the U.K. National Health Service.

- Stretching of the foreskin can be accomplished manually. Skin that is under tension expands by growing additional cells. A permanent increase in size occurs by gentle stretching over a period of time. The treatment is non-traumatic and non-destructive. Manual stretching may be carried out without the aid of a medical doctor. The stretching can also be accomplished with balloons placed under the foreskin skin under anaesthesia, or with a tool. The tissue expansion promotes the growth of new skin cells to permanently expand the narrow preputial ring that prevents retraction.

P.S. See that boys, new skin cells? Just some more proof Penis Enlargement works.
