hey guys, phase 1 is not working very well for me, i dont know why but i feel i dont get the intensity that i want since iam uncut it hurts like hell in my penis head, i have done it for 3 weeks now, cant see any gains after this 3 weeks, and i think its beacuse i cant get realy strach power. i have tryed some of the phase 2 tecnichs and i feel i can do them 100% since its not about straching just out and to the side all the time,

what do you guys think? can i jump to phase 2?, i feel the basic strach dont fit me very well, and one more thing, can i jump back on phase 1 after phase 2?

i have the simular problem, it takes me 60 minuts to do 1 set of stretches but i have not tried the phase 2. Please anybody answere his question, i am waiting....
 
or if not phase 2, i realy want some length, so maby zulus length rutine? it seems very good for length, not that iam a Penis Enlargement expert, but cant i able to do it with only 3 weeks Penis Enlargement? i have been jelqing for about 2 mounths but only 3 weeks with streatch

3 weeks is nothing for a Penis Enlargement timeframe, you need to give it more time.
 
the reson is, that i get realy sore, behind my glans, since iam uncut, and i dont realy feel any stretch in my penis, " and i use max force" but since i get so sore i cant hold the grip for long. i think i dont got that much power in my arms eather, when i strech with arms i cant feel any strech, but if i do the footlong strech, " grabing my dick with my hand, and then but my foot ontop of my hand again" thats the only strech i feel in my ligaments. i was thinking on moving on to phase 2, or my that be a stupid thing? i alsow looked at zulus guide, the thing is, that i dont realy feel the the basic rutine will get me much gain, since iam not very good with the streches, but the jelqing is okey,

If you get really sore, try a wrap when stretching. Soreness is also a matter of conditioning, it will get less after some time. Do you see any gains in BPFSL?

When I did the newbie routine, I also didn't feel a lot in my ligs. However, my penis was growing. It is less intense, but it does the job.
With the footlong stretch, you feel a more intense stretch in the suspensory ligs. You can add it to your Penis Enlargement routine. Increase your intensity when necessary. You determine your own Penis Enlargement workout/progress.
