Hi all, forum newbie here.

So I've been doing PE for just over a year now, and when I first started, I saw gains of about .5" (5" to 5.5") in erect length within the first 3 months. After that, my progress has stalled. Thing is though, my penis is noticeably more elastic than when I first started. I can stretch it out a lot further, I've added weight to my Lengthmaster, I can use much more pressure in my Bathmate, and I've added more rods to my Sizegenetics.

Any advice on how I can get out of this plateau and start translating my increased elasticity into solid erect gains? Thanks!

Here is my current routine:

- 6 hours/day total of Sizegenetics
- 1 hour/day total of Lengthmaster hanging @ 20 lbs
- 15 to 20 min/day of Bathmate (2 days on, 1 off)
- Ace wrap the rest of the day/during sleep
 
During masturbation or girth work you should do 2-5 mins of erect stretches. It is enough. The flaccid gains starts becoming erect gains for most of us ,:)

You are definitely overtraining and that's why you are not gaining at all. You are hanging with the length master and also using the SG and pumping with the bathmate as well. One word 'overkill'
