Hey guys, I've put on a bit of weight and people have started to comment on it, so i'd like to lose about 35lbs and get muscley, but im also buying all me Penis Enlargement gear over christmas (Bathmate, SG and Uncle jims strap from MOs)

How easy is it to do both, has anyone sucessfully done both, I think DLD has. I mean I'd rather do them seperate and properly, than do both and half ass them both.

What would you guys do? Fitness First? Or Penis Enlargement First?

I'd like to get fit again,

but i'd LUV to get back into Penis Enlargement.

Is there a reason why you cant do both? Such as time constraints?

As Rakas says - go both both to the best of your ability.
 
How much time do you have during the week? If you can give Penis Enlargement about 1-1.5 hours a day, and 30-45 minutes to your body 3-5 days a week, you should be able to achieve your goals in both. The main focus in your physical training should be diet. Once that is dialed in, alternate days of cardio and full body, circuit type weight training. But don't forget what your favorite body part is, and train accordingly!
 
By the way, I am currently doing both successfully. I have gained .25" BPenis EnlargementL and dropped my body fat from about 21% to 17% in the last couple months. You just have to want it.
 
Yep both are very possible. Since it sounds like you don't currently work out start with Starting Strength workouts or stronglifts.com. You will start with very basic lifts and lift 3x a week. These type of workouts are key for a beginner to build a solid foundation
 
You should do both, people tend to jump into things & want to go full throttle thinking that will help them maximize gains when it only may cause injury or burn you out. There is no reason why you can not dedicate 1 hr a day to pe and 1 hr a day to working out. With time you will see a change in both.
 
At the end of the day it's all about finding the balance that best suits your life. I work out (an intensive cardio & weights routine) 5 days a week and do Penis Enlargement 5 days a week. No reason to focus on one ahead of the other if you have the time for both!

Worst case scenario: workout one day, do Penis Enlargement the next. Getting in better shape should also improve things like EQ.

Welcome! Yes I made it work out and I than made it much thicker and longer:) It is easy, believe and do what is laid out before you and you will make the gains.
 
If you want to lose weight, cut the crap from your diet it's that simple. I'm a fitness freak and a certified personal trainer, gaining weight in my opinion is a very difficult goal to achieve, but to lose weight it's very easy, just reduce your calories, you don't need to exercise, just cut the crap from your diet and in time you'll cut the body fat.
 
Hi from Poland !

I started Penis Enlargement and gym training at the same time something about 8 months ago and my gains are incredible !

My workout looks like this :
7 days a week ill do ~15min dld blasters for lenght and 4 times a week after gym ill do Bathmate blasters for width (i treat hour in hot tub like a sauna after training).

I started with X-40 ~16cm lenght and now im using X-40 and im ~20cm no to mention how fat my new friend is right now !

But not this i wanna to write about, recent i started using a diet for my muscular gains and i bought some suplements that helps me with it such as creatine (that holds water in muscules), aminoacids, whey proteins and so on... and i cant believe what's going on ! My gains increased dramatically, i gained ~0,5cm in the last week ! I'll write after my "treatment" ends, and we'll see if the gains are permanent.

I am an athlete. So I spend 1.5 Hrs in the gym a day then 1.5 hours at practice a day and then anywhere from 2-4 Hrs of Penis Enlargement A DAY. That comes to a total of 5-7 Hrs A DAY doing physically active/body modification type activities. I hope that doesn't come off as bragging, I'm just letting you know what my schedule is like.

To answer your question, I would recommend doing both at the same time! Why not?! Knock out 2 birds with one stone eh?
