My New Girth Routine:
- 10 min warmup in a hot bath
- 300 2 second jelqs (increased to 600 jelqs after 2 weeks) at 90% erection
- 5 reps of SSJs at 90%- 100% erection. Rep time will be as long as my hands can endure
- 5 min warm down in a hot bath
Immediately after each girth workout I will wear a cock ring for some amount of hours or so.
I will also be doing lots of kegels (whenever I think about them) and as I get good at them, I will incorporate them into my jelqs and will start doing towel raises. This will all be done everyday.
Other things I will do:
- At home, I will always be commando
