I have been pe ing now for i would sya like 6 weeks or so. Had a one week break 2 weeks ago when visting my hometown. Then when I came back here I stared to think "damn my dick looks larger" so today I broke out the ruler and I have gained 0.8cm. My dick has went from 16cm(6,3inches) sharp to 16,8cm(6,6 inches). Im stunned by how fast this progress came and for some reason it seems like my rest week was the cause of the jump in size. It didnt increase gradualy it just snapped lol

my girt messurements has increased 0,5cm(0.2 inches) on every messuring spot to.

The thing is I havent realy stretched that much either. I hate most stretches and dont get a good stretch from them. So I just do 2 stretches but a shitload of them. But not at all close to the stretching volume most of you guys do here. But I guess the volume I do right now is perfect for me for the time beeing.

Damn Im happy I cant wait until I brek 7 inches :cool:

I also used to have the worst inferiority complex becasue of my dick. Even though it wasnt small I realy belived it was but that is all gone now. I feel so good about my dick and its the best feeling in the world. My fuck buddy even told me last time we had sex that Im big and that made me so god damn happy but she realy must have been with pencile dicks before me lol.

only thing I do for girth is Slow Squash Jelqs for maby 20-25 minutes and right after I do this stretch 8 sets(4 sets with each hand)30 seconds each last set 1 minute. But I do them laying and sitting so the angle changes a bit

and then Im done. Those are the only stretches so far that I like. Should I include some more stretches to make the routine more effectiv or am I hitting all parts of the penis`??

is it usual that gains comes after a smal rest period? It doesnt sound logical at all but thats what happened to me
 
I don't know. I haven't had the discipline to rest longer than a week and I'm at the Penis Enlargement game for 9 months now. I've had I think 3 rest periods of about a week and then one period where I rested because of a minor injury. I don't think I ever saw gains right during the break, but like I said I don't know enough about the break/gain theory. I'm sure your penis adjusting to the rigors of Penis Enlargement and then generating new cells or shit I don't know, but I think maybe your penis was "broken down" enough so that when you went on break your body allowed for it to repair itself and then gains were seen. I don't know. Others would know more information to give you about this. I mean think about it though. Most of us pre Penis Enlargement do not have very healthy penises so to speak. Penis Enlargement brings a rejuvenation process to the penis in so many ways.
