Hi I only want to gain in length but ive not gained for months can somebody
tell me where im going wrong I try to do Penis Enlargement 4 or times a week sometimes 6 or 7 there is my routine.

1)Warm up for 5mins
2)Basic Stretching
3)about 10 to 15 DLD Blasters
4)Lazy ass stretches do about 3 for 10 to 15 mins each
5)Warm down

Could someone tell me where im going wrong and how to get the best gains thanks for all your help and hope you all gainning good.
 
Mabey Change Your Intensity. U Try Bungdle Blasters. They Kinda Advanced. Your Body Adapts To What You Do To It. Just Like Lifting Weights. Sometime You Gotta Shock It. Once Or Twice A Week Shock It With A Superset Or Something. Same Thing Everyday Probably Cant Be Good.
 
I'm in the same boat. The link to that thread was very insiteful. Although just a theory it sparks a scientific approach to what we are doing at the very least. My bpfs is almost 1" over bpel so this makes me want to give it a try....why not right? Good luck to you man.
 
I think you got to do some jelging in there to get some blood flowing.

Maybe lighten things up some.
 
If you're not doing 200 light jelqs with that routine, I'd add them in. Don't get too hasty on the intensity or the number in the beginning. It's easier to hurt yourself doing girth rather than length.
