The past three nights I've stretched straight out for 3 hours each night and I don't feel any fatigue compared to what I felt when stretching straight down. I used 18 pounds for the entire 3 hours each time. Is it normal to not feel any fatigue from stretching straight out? I used to get lig fatigue when I stretched straight down, but now I'm not feeling any kind of soreness or fatigue streching straight out.

Don't worry Gomer, I understand what you mean. I can attempt to answer why you don't feel fatigue, and how to correct that.

I think you don't feel fatigue because you stretch more of the tunica when hanging SO opposed to the ligs when you stretch BTC or SD. This is not a bad thing, but it may take different amounts of stress to deform the different tissues. Also, if you are using a hook or just draping a rope over a PVC pipe, 18 pounds of weight might not be even close to 18 pounds of pressure after you figure in friction. Increase the weight to whatever is comfortable and see if you can feel any fatigue from that.

Also, did you see gains while hanging at the lower angles (BTC & SD)? If you were gaining, did you see a halt in gains, and is that why you switched to hanging SO? Or was the fatigue just too great, and you decided to hang SO for a day or two?

Thats helpful.

Are you feeling anything?

Why do you even bother posting? Did you even read his post? He was asking a ligitimate question.

When changing hanging angle it stresses completely different structures of the penis that may require you go up or down in weight to feel fatigue. I remember bib discriptivly posting in a thread what tunacae fatigue should feel like but I don't remember exactly what he said so im not going to post any misinformation. Hopefully he will chime in here soon.

I decided to go SO because of my low LOT, which is like 7:00. I don't think I'm losing any stress due to friction but I'll post pics of my setup tonight so you can get a better idea of whats going on. I do feel a little soreness or fatigue this morning about an inch or so from the base of the shaft on the sides.

That sounds like you are doing it right then. Good work.

Lot is just a theory and I wouldn't base your routine solely on this. Let me get this straight, you felt fatigue straight down/BTC, but stopped because you have a low lot reading? Post-hang soreness is a more accurate indicator of hanging effectiveness.

As for increasing fatigue/effectiveness, study DLD's theories on isolating lig/pc muscle relationship (DLD Blasters). For instance: While hanging SD/BTC, do a kegel, than release the kegel with a reverse kegel and hold, concentrate on breathing and relaxing. You have now isolated the suspensory lig, and stretched it past it's usual capability. This isolation enhances the probability of reaching fatigue/hanging effectiveness.

Later,
BTC

Cool, thanks guys. I think I'll start up again with straight down stretching, now that I've got my hanger set the way it is supposed to be. To do that, all I change from my SO setup is lying down with my head propped up on a pillow rather than having my back against the wall.

How do you hang while lying down? Ah, nevermind...pulley...genious!
