Well, tomorrow is the best day of the year for me, minus personal agenda days, because it's the NFL draft and I LOVE football. Big deal right?

I've decided to maximize my day while staying glued to the TV/internet.

What I'm gonna do is a kick ass series of sessions throughout the day. Every hour on the hour, I'm gonna jelq for about 6 to 10 minutes, followed by 50 uli's. The reason I'm not locking in a time is because I want to end the jelqing part pretty full and then go in to the uli's nice and fat.

During the hour, from the 30 minute mark to the 45 minute mark (yes, 15 minutes) I'll do DLD's beginners stretch and maximize each stretch using the 110% pull technique.


Now about the reason I'm doing this.

I read an article about Arnie Schwarzenneger on breaking plateau's. He said one way he did it was by targeting the area, let's say it was chest, and he would pick a day to target it. Then he would set up his area with a bench press and do a heavy set of about 8 reps. Then every hour on the hour he would do a light set of about 12 reps for 8 to 12 hours.

After the day was over, withing 48 hours his chest would have blown up by at least a half of an inch or more.

While I'm not stuck I just want to do it and see what the hell happens when you break away from your usual routine and mix it up.

I'll let you guys know if it was positive or didn't matter either way.

sorry guys for the delay but we moved my computer around I haven't had it set up so I could sit down and type.

As some of you know I have tennis elbow in both arms pretty much caused from Uli's and weak top forearm muscles...I realized that one entirely too late.

Anyway, I started at 10:00 am and ended with my last set at 5 something. On the hour, I did between 15 to 20 minutes of jelqing followed by 50 uli's.

Roughly twenty minutes later I would manually stretch for 10 to 20 minutes.

Each new hour depended on how my hands and elbows felt after the last hour's workout so sometimes I went longer or shorter in duration for the specific exercise. The only exception was that I did 50 uli's everytime following jelqing.

By the third set my cock was the fattest I've ever seen it from the jelqing/uli's combo. With each set my head got wider and thicker than the last set. Bare in mind that I've had sessions of either jelqing for an hour straight or 15 min of straight uli's and never seen these results.

By the end of the day my cock was freakishly fat with no donut whatsoever. My ligs never did get sore from the manual stretching. But my hands were exhausted...big deal. The part that has set me back is the tennis elbow...fucking killed me and made it far worse. Thank the doctor gods for ibuprofen and vicaden.

Uli's are one hell of an exercise but, for your own benefit, strengthen the top of your forearms by doing reverse wrist curls regularly.

It has set me back so much that I'm now doing clamping for girth and hanging for length. Again, big deal. He punches with the left, I duck to the left and the fight is still on.

The part that pisses me off the most is that I made major girth gains but was not able to capitalize on them with strong workouts that following week...but since I'm not dead yet, I will in due time.
