Hey guys, I've been lurking these forums for quite a while and it's changed me from a skeptic to a believer. I've been doing my research, and while the commonly held belief remains the Penis Enlargement is impossible, I am starting to find studies which say they are. I guess a lot of former studies were done incorrectly, possibly because the subjects weren't doing the exercises right. Here's one study that shows stretching devices really works:

So what's lead me to want to increase the size of my penis? Well, I think most men can admit they'd love to have a bigger schlong as opposed to a smaller/average/even slightly above average one, but my problem came with my current girlfriend. Before we hooked up, I remember she telling me about her ex (who was about 8 inches in length and I assume a decent girth measurement too) and how it was perfect for her and the sex was amazing. She said she likes them big because she prefers riding on top and it's easier for her to get off that way. It really struck my heart after we started getting serious. Also, what are the risks of damaging myself permanently? How much force and intensity should I be using? How bad would it be to do stretches and jelqing exercises without warming up?

No offense there Surv, but your girlfriend sounds like a Jerk to me. K, I missed the part about how she told you before she was your girlfriend-so I take back half of it lol. But I still think it's very poor taste for a female friend to carry on to a male friend about how big her boyfriend's dick is and blah blah blah. So I take it back again, 80% still applies but she's only 50% as thoughtless as previously assessed.

Haha...Yeah, she's a good girl. It was before we really even started talking much and I guess we were just chit chatting about our experiences. I think most girls like 'em on the bigger side but they're afraid to admit it to others. It's a little disheartening (I'm sure it would be worse if I had a tiny one, but thankfully I'm just average) but I like wide hips, big tits, and round ass, so it's not like they're the only ones being shallow.

So as far as my questions go, should I always be warming up/ubricating before/during/after these exercises? Any success stories to keep me motivated? Will gains diminish/not occur if I don't do these everyday? Should I be doing it every single day?

Surv376 welcome, i too am just kicking off on Penis Enlargement and notice i have the same starting measurements as yourself. I will follow with great interest to see how you get on.

I have to agree with Crazy Doc as well here, do this for yourself and your own confidence only (if necessary). I truly believe that you can make what you currently have far better than what this ex boyfriend brought. For me its all about confidence, i know ive given greater pleasure to girls than some guys with bigger dicks but i just want that bit more for me and to take my confidence to the next level.

Thank you for the words of wisdom, DLD. I am definitely doing this for myself more so than for anyone else. I believe it will help my confidence and general outlook on life. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement.

Would if I could-I'm a newbie like you Surv. I'm in the middle of week 4 using an extender. That's all I do, no warm up, no warm down-just sitting, working with my dick in a vise lol. I'm just cautious and attentive. And I'm am pretty confident it will work simply due to the logic and science behind it. I've never done anything else before now to Penis Enlargement, so if it sold me... it must have some good arguments. I already notice some flaccid gains, and seems like more girth-but I don't wanna measure 'til week 4. So cannot say for sure-but it's certainly worth a shot if it does what it says eh. My starting measurements are:
NBPFL: 3.9"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.2"
EG: 5.3"

So I'm hoping for 8" x 6" in a six month period.

Welcome to MOS! Good luck on your quest.

Now, stretching; as a newbie you'll want to start off with a well warmed up unit. I'm an advocate of warming up for stretching muscles so I figure that it certainly can't hurt penile tissues either. May make you far more flexible and prompt quicker healingv too. If you find out later in your Penis Enlargement career warm-up is unecessary then go ahead and delete it.

As a beginner you'll want to stay flaccid for stretching as much for you to develop a "feel" for how your body responds as much as anything else. However, if you take a look at my sig, you'll see how I "snuck-in" some pretty good girth works along with my stretches, you might wanna give it a try.

As far as damaging yer unit? Well your cock is a shitload tougher than you'd think; start slow and build intensity over the next few weeks as you become accustomed the the "wear & tear" you're going to experience.
