Long time lurker here, looking to get back into it.

Starting with newbie routine + pills but wondering which pills to get.

It is good to read through SRT as it explains this and many other important parts of PE. Basically, the best way to cement your length gains is by doing erect stretches and using a ACE wrap after lengthy work. If it is girth, you cement by wearing a cock ring after you train to keep the expansion sound as long as possible. Again, all in SRT.
 
but i want to start with your newbie routine first? after I get more advanced and buy the products I will cement the gains made naturally is what you're saying? But I won't lose them in the meantime as long as I keep doing PE?
 
I'm serious here btw. I will be becoming a member and buying all these things down the road and going into SRT. I am extremely healthy with a 6 inch x 5 inch.

So dld, I can buy all these things, the cock ring, ace wrap on this site right? and erect stretches is done with a bathmate right?
 
Of course to start I will be doing the newbie routine with all my effort every single day for a few months before I go further but I am going to go hard and not stop no matter what.

Sorry to miss your post. Yes, the Newbie Routine is perfect to start with and make some good foundational gains. I ask you to read SRT because there are many tips and tricks that will benefit the Newbie Routine. SRT will teach you how to gain and heal properly. It will explain exercises and give reason to how they work. It gives you direction to properly starting a routine. I mean there is so much to learn in SRT without doing the entire routine. The first 6 weeks of SRT are basically a version of the Newbie Routine.
