Hello,
So I'm considering doing some jelqing. But first, I wanted to know if 19cm (~7.5inch) long and 15cm (~6.1inch) girth is cosidered normal or big when erect not bone pressed? Is it possible to reach 8inches long and 6.5 or 7inch girth? Or I do not have any potential? As I understand for girth best is jelqing, but what natural exercises (which don't require special devices) I can do to increase my length? My dream is to reach 21cm (8.3inch) length and 17cm (6.7 inch) girth? Do you think it's possible? How long would it take and what exercises would be the best?
My penis is a little bent down (I don't have Peyronnes or whatsoever). Are there any exercises to reduce this? Maybe jelqing would help?

Try the newbie routine. There is a set of stretches that you can do daily.
Also be sure to get a good amount of kegels in.

Your current size is considered big. Your goal is definitely possible and I'm pretty sure it can be attained in less than a year as long as you do your routine correctly and do it every day.

I'm not sure about what can straighten the penis, unless you want to buy a SizeGenetics extender, I've heard it has straightened before.
 
And what if I stop doing the routine after I reach my goal? Will it stay that big or its size will decrease?
So jelqing is the best option for both - length and girth?
 
I'm not really sure how to cement gains, it is a mystery to me.
Jelqing affects length too but stretches are primarily what you need for length. Like I said, do the newbie routine manual stretches.
