I was experimenting a couple of days ago with some stretches and I think I may have come up with a new exercise. I love doing all the basic stretches( straight out/down/up down to the right and to the left, straight out to the left and the right and so on and so forth. Well I thought about combining it all into one. Thats how i came up with The Zig Zag

Start off by pulling your penis straight down to the right and slowly (with full force) pull your penis straight down and then to the left. I like to take about 10 seconds to do this. Then pull your penis still applying force go straight out to the right and cross over to the left and then cross over and do up and to the right and over again. You never want to take the force off your penis. Its kind of like instead of going down to the right and holding, then let go of your penis and then pull straight down like we all normally would, make that transition between stretches with full force.

Im horrible at explaining exercises but if there is anybody out there who understands this exercise and can explain it better please feel free to do so.
And so sorry if this exercise has already been made up

Your explanation is great. This sounds like a good variation on Rotary Stretches.

Okay good. Wasn't sure if I explained it well. Also try doing a reverse kegel through the whole stretch. I find that gives me more intensity.
 
The other day I did bundled rotaries, but this one seems like a fun variant :blush:. I'm gonna zigzag to the sides, and hopefully aid in opening up my cc's with side bends
 
It's not a bad idea to just kinda stretch to search for tightness in the ligs. Basically like rotaries with a smaller circle each time. Treat it like a hemisphere and whenever you find some tightness give it some extra attention. Makes for a great warm up before stretching since it loosens everything up before you really dive in.
 
I have noticed those tight spots, but I usually just finish the rotaries. You know how I feel that everything evens out. The weak part has to work harder than the strong if you exercise everything evenly, and eventually equilibrium is met

Might be no difference but it makes sense to me to have no snags in that whole net. Kinda feels good to get rid of them too. Rather than getting rid of a crimp in my neck I get rid of the kinks in my cock.

Yeah it could definitely help to loosen those tighter spots, but you may as well expressive stretch to make the best use of it

Size blaster counts right?

What do you think about a size blaster/erect stretch combination? If I can get the blaster itself down I'm thinking about trying that out.
 
Yes the size blaster would be the perfect complement. Its a really good expressive/tunica stretch.

Just get yourself a length master brother, it covers all the exeecisesand you can use it for shorter session. But if you want to go hands free, get the SiliStretcher.
