OK being doing this a for a while now, and just decided to share with y'all ;) (Its my finding, I am allowed to be selfish right?)
Maybe you guys can try it for a month and comeback to leave your reviews et al.
If you remember DLD's post about the inner penis he mentioned that most if not all men have way over 3'' still left inside.
This method is beneficial in harnessing the potentials of the inner penis.
Ok so here's what you do. .
Find a weight you are comfortable with. . . And then hang (obviously)
Now here's the fun part. Spread your legs wide open like the alphabet A, and then lean forward, till your elbows are resting over a desk or something
At this point you can already feel the intensity on your ligs. Take it a bit further and touch your ankles, try not to squat or bend your knees,Your legs must stay straight. I must admit this will be a little too hard on your back, but trust me the stretch is unlike anything you have ever felt!
If you use your hands to feel your ligs from behind you would be able to tell they are really getting stretched!
Well that's it leave your comments and reviews. LOL!

It's a nice idea but can you hold that position for 15-20 minutes ? I find it a bit hard.
 
Well, I personally always have a desk nearby where I can rest my elbows and then go back to touching my ankles. .
I just alternate for the entire duration.

I always do these for the first 20 min (cause get tired of standing there with the weight). It does give a nice inner pull. I also swing a bit from left to right. I can feel an even deeper pull doing so, if only pulsed for a second at a time. Then I finish my last 20-40 min with a straight down hang while I'm sitting and playing diablo! 😁
 
Yes, nothing new really. Targets the ligs behind the balls. It's definitely worth doing

Reminders of such moves or ways to work the ligs behind the balls will always be beneficial.

There used to be theory that ligaments can be maxed out, it was called LOT. Anyway, the premiss of that study was based on downward stretching being the furthest point of lig stretch. Behind the Cheeks pretty much make ligament stretching endless.
 
I throw on some comfortable shoes and attach to my squat rack and lean back. I attach it higher to get those inner ligs and inner penis pulled out. I also put one leg on my bed while hanging to hit each lig individually. With just 20lbs, I can maximize the weight by making one lig get more weight, I believe they both still get the tug because of their position to one another, but benefit one side to the other. Definitely sore after that. I use these techniques to fatigue my ligs quicker without pain. Can't remember what thread these were though up in, I think the hook thread.
 
Also, I know I did good when I go to sit down and my ligs get that dull pain, not hurtful, but healthily stretched ligs. Oh so beautiful pain.

Yes I remember reading that at PEGym. It was something I thought was necessary but discovered it was unnecessary.

Sometimes after a really good session my cock seems to have these little random 'spasms'. Do you have that too?
 
Why yes, yes I do. If I watch him, it's like he's trying to escape somewhere lol. Probably tired of being tortured and beaten haha. It's almost like he has Tourette's from all the abuse. That's how I know I did a good session.
 
Funny to read about LOT... so many endless discussions on �other forum� about something without real interest.

About adding hanging & between the cheeks, etc... this is great but i consider everybody's missing the real point.

Try manual internal stretches (BTB - behind the balls) of your internal part.
I discovered several positive effects:
- far more effective than just stretching because you work locally.
- allows immediate longer flaccid length (perfect for public shyness... you become a shower lol)
- makes you think about working on your entire penis.

I'm having cool flaccid gains since I use BTB stretches, and I'm getting slow but steady gains at erect state.
Combined with bundled stretches, that rocks.

I could never do the BTB stretch. Every time I tried stretching outwards I would not feel myself grip my penis well, it's like I only grabbed the skin but not the inside of the penis.

BTC stretches are very important..i feel my ligs burning like hell when i'm doing BTC.

Have you tried powder?Or if you're uncut,roll the skin up,and then grip,it will give you a better grip.

Not BTC, I was talking about BTB. Behind The Balls stretch. You get your grip behind your balls and with the other hand grip from below the glans and stretch outward infront. It's an expressive stretching exercise to get a grip of the inner penis. Every time i try and do it i just pull on skin and can never grab onto the interior penis to pull out

Oh ,my bad.Yes i have tried BTB and i can't do it also..it's weird :)

Yeah I don't know how the others can do that. Too difficult for me and it's an expressive stretching exercise i really want to do because I hear it's great.
