I attribute some of my recent girth gains to an exercise that I've been doing that's a variation of a squeeze. I haven't seen it anywhere before but someone else may have already posted something like it, if so I take no credit. It's sort of like a slinky squeeze type motion.

PROCEDURE
1. Clamp at base with either ok grip or a clamp (I do this clamped)
2. Grab the shaft with one hand
3. Move your fingers over the CS chamber they're over in a wave-like motion, which rolls the blood around in it
4. I do 10 waves toward the head, then kegal and hold it while I do 10 waves toward the base, then switch hands and do this on the other CS chamber
[10 toward the head and 10 toward the base together make one rep]

Note: The hand does not move while doing this squeeze, and the fingers don't slide up or down, one squeezes then the next.. etc.

Also, you can put pressure on different areas of the CS by placing your fingers on the side, top, or bottom. Usually I do the side by sometimes I hit all angles.

I aint heard of this....sounds cool, whats the name bitch lol Clamped Waves lol I shall try it when I get a new clamp, sounds as though it could build-up the CS, and also oddly shaped [deformed] CS chambers, or even bends with such wave-like actions.......if you could for the dumb Brit here lol go through it again, maybe more simpler cos I have a tendency to misunderstand other guys methods....stupid, but their ya go.

What do you mean by waves?

Ok, here's more clarification:

Where you grab the shaft, it is an underhand grip, the hand is under it.

To perform the wave motion:

Wave towards head:
Squeeze pinky, then ring finger, then middle finger, then index finger... simutainiously releasing the squeeze from one finger as you squeeze with the next in a fluid motion. Note that the squeeze from the finger before the one you're squeezing now shouldn't be completely released when you squeeze the next one to achieve the fluid motion of the wave.

Wave toward base [with kegal]:
Squeeze index finger, then middle finger, then ring finger, then pinky with the same fluid motion, holding a kegal.

That still may be a bit complicated... Think of it like pushing the blood in a direction by constricting your fingers one at a time, slowly releasing the first finger as the next fully constricts... rolling the blood through like that.

So, when the pinky is fully constricted the ring finger should me halfway constricted and starting to compress down, and when the ring finger is fully constricted the pinky finger should be halfway constricted and releasing it's pressure. Think of like a wave in a crowd at a sports stadium...

It may sound like a slow and complicated motion in text but in practice it is rather quick and simple.

Opps! I said CS when I meant the two CC chambers. This works the CC's but next time I do it I'll see if it can be adjusted for the CS as well. Also, in doing this the fingers don't slide up or down or move along the shaft. They simply constrict and unconstrict.

It sound similar to the ferrari head squeezes without holding it for 5 seconds.

If someone can fit all four fingers on one side of their head, that's crazy. :O

Why was this moved to alternative, because it's done with a clamp? It can probably be done with just a grip at the base, I'll try that soon, but I believe a constrictor will make it more effective to roll the blood around. Not nessecary though.

Also I think I'll call it wave squeeze :). That or slinky squeeze, but I think wave sounds better.

I have less time to pe lately, but I'll try and see if doing a bend with it works like that next time I have a chance, RED.

It isn't squeezing that head, its a squeeze to fill up the head. :s
Your fingewr tips squeeze against the CS and your head balloons.

this excersise is the bomb, i'm adding it to my routine :)
i wonder if this would be a good and lazy alternative to jelqing.

I tried it without the clamp earlier, with just a uli grip. It's not quite as effective if done right away, but if done after achiving a nice expansion from another girth exercise like a few uli's or such then you'll have the extra blood needed to roll it around inside the chamber just right. Clamping just gives you that extra expansion right away making it easier, but it can be done without.

Another thing I do is after completing one rep of both sides, I use the same underhand grip to squeeze and hold for about 30 seconds, then switch hands and repeat, to stress both CC's evenly. I tried it with bends, from the stretch I felt you could probably correct a curve more easily with this altered wave bend. Can't really do the wave motion as much in the bend, but it works great. I remember someone was saying before that one side was growing more than the other... this should fix that.

Overall this exercise really gives a great internal stretch. It's an easy way to roll the blood around inside and target each chamber, or parts of them even depending on how you do it.
