Hey guys I haven't posted on here in quite a while. I'm not a member who discusses problems or concerns or any of that. I just want some advice and support! I went through break-up pretty recently and I made poor decisions that resulted in it. I have accepted responsibility for all of the shit I've done and have tried moving on from her. I had drank a bit to much and texted her some horrible things because I got jealous and saw her holding hands with some guy to the dorm appts. I knew she was pretty intoxicated from the way she was stumbling around and thats what really scared me was that she was going to sleep with this guy to get over me. Turns out I was right she felt bad for doing it but she says she doesn't regret it. Heres the thing I still forgives her for it, regardless of if there was an opportunity of us getting back together or not! Well anyways I ended up going out to dinner with this hot ass girl and we made out. The thing is I didn't end up sleeping with her because I felt like I would betray my ex, just to get things clear she hooked up with this guy on tuesday night and told me on thursday. I went on the date with this girl wednesday night and she found out this morning. She was so mad that I had did that to her but how can she be mad when she fucked some other dude to get over me?
Well anyways thats the story Im posting on here because I want to make a goal, she told me that morning he was better and I know she may have said that because she's just mad but honestly? I just want a huge dick so one time if I ever hook up with her she can just realize she fucked up and that there is no chance of getting back! Thats my goal is to get a huge dick haha I know Im gonna get referred to srt theory but I don't have a lot of time on my hands since I'm in college I have a batHydromaxats that I can use but nothing else. Hopefully this summer I can get a size genetics extender if I get a job. But what are some good routines that are quick where I can implement them and get some steady results? I just want a good start so I can actually dedicate myself to P.E this summer. Im also lifting a lot and running and getting my body back in shape not that I'm out of shape! I just want that six pack! But anyways someone please give me some advice on where I should take my next step! btw this all happened today with a big argument this morning and this is the day my grandpa died of cancer 10 years ago so today sucks.
 
Too bad it happened (especially in 1 day...). Support you have my brother. As long as you are a part of MOS you will always have it. MOS is not just a funny site that people visit to enlarge their dicks (well it is, but it is something more as well)- it is a place where we give and receive, where we support each other and everyone is called a brother.

My support you have, but believe me (no offense- I mean NO offense to you)- the girl you had was an IDIOT! My advice is to just stay away from her. She cheats on you- and tells you about it the very next day. You don't cheat on her and she still yells at you. The reason why people make couples and get married and all is to be happy. It is because they feel good in their partner's company. There is no need for you to live a nightmare, just end this and feel no fault. If you go on with her- the only thing she'll do is to cheat on you and make you feel guilty every time you try to move on (and oh she has!!!).

Wait, so basically she wants to have sex with whoever she wants including you, but you're not allowed to have sex (or go on dates) with anyone but her? That's some serious double think. You have to realize certain people (and obviously she is one of them) are unable to empathize with others. She is unable to put herself in other people's shoes to understand how they feel the way that you can (you knew that fucking another girl would hurt her, etc.). Empathy requires extremely complex mechanisms in the brain that develops during childhood, and if it never did for her (as is obvious it didn't) it never will without years of therapy and self introspection on her part.

So my actionable advice is to avoid her at all costs and to not try to get back at her. Trying to get back at someone that coldhearted isn't even possible. She won't feel bad no matter what you do. But you SHOULD be angry at her and use that anger to improve yourself. Anger is healthy, just don't use it to try to get even.

It sucks all the stuff that happened to you, and it sounds like your using it to better yourself. When your life is shattered there are two responses people take, and it sounds like you're going to come out better and I'm glad :)
 
Thanks guys for the reply and support! I have moved on from her no doubt about that. Another thing to add she is probably seeing this guy now and that is completely fine with me I don't see myself with someone who is as cold hearted as her. Yes this is motivating me to get back into P.E. and to improve more than just that aspect of my life!

Once again thanks guys for the support it really means a lot to get that support that you don't always get from people face to face. I am the better person in this situation that is definitely for sure and I think the reason she said shit like oh he's better was to get back because I'm sure Im the one who wins in the situation and she was just so mad about that!

If anyone else wants to let me know where I can start with my P.E I will definitely take your routines and try them I just want results, but I know I have to have patience and focus including motivation. I want to learn how to be a more focused person after the end of this! :cool:
 
Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. Before I tell you what routine you should follow and where you should start- I must tell you that gains come slowly and with time. It takes time, hard work and a ton of DEDICATION to succeed in PE (and this goes for any aspect of life as well). Do not set your hopes too high at the beginning. Set a goal of gaining an inch in a year or so and either be surprised and see that you have gained even more in that period of time or just see that your goal has been accurately achieved. But believe me, if you set your hopes to gain huge size in no time- you might fall into disappointment and all the motivation you have can easily collapse. Do not measure weekly! Measure once every month or so. Again- gains do not come overnight and you might be very disappointed. Know that there are lots of brothers that work really hard and do intense routines for months to see gains smaller than a half an inch. There will be months where you see gains and there will be months where you won’t see gains. I, in no way want to demotivate you, I want you to expect the worst and not have a broken heart and lost your motivation and dedication. Expect the worst, if you get more than you expected- GREAT! , if you get what you expected- GREAT! And now for the advice on where to start- start from the Newbie routine written by DLD himself. (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ned-2-inches-with-this-routine)-Full-Tutorial ). This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first PE exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of PE behind your back. They might be more effective and more intense, but if you damage your penis, you’d have to stop PEing for some time (depends on how severe you injured yourself). That being said- I believe this is all you should know for now.

Zam I had done a few months of P.E last summer so I may not be up to shape and fully conditioned. Thank you for pointing me to a routine I will follow this and post weekly on whats going on! I understand it takes time and patience for a big dick haha Im well aware it will be a long process but I'm in it for a lot more reasons then just getting a big dick. I was confident in my sexual skills and I'm not small in the least just above 7 in for me naturally I will post more accurate stats later today so I have a good Idea of where I want to be. I need to know though, jims wrapping technique, should it be used after I Bathmate? I just did stretches prior to bath mating and did 3 sets of 5 mins with jelqs in between I came out huge which was awesome!

Haha! You did the 5x5x3 routine- an AMAZING routine. It is a routie everyone here finds great!

About the UJS and Bathmate thingy- You must use the UJS after a stretching (length) session to keep the stretch and heal extended. This is how length gains are best made (by applying the SRT theory (law)).
The Bathmate- Well, after a Bathmate (Bathmate) session- it is best to put on a cock ring. That way you'll keep the post girth session expansion for maximum time. That's what we all want when aiming for gains. It is all explained in DLD's SRT theory (just click the SRT button) thread.
