Hello Guys. Is that possiable to gain 1" in length and 0.5"~ girth with my bare hands only (AKA natural Penis Enlargement) without the use of external devices? I Have a small penis and i really want to get average...
I'm going to work out a little bit.. im not fat but it seems that most of the my body fat is located on my belly so it has effect on pubic area as well.. hope to gain a little bit after some months of workouts

My stats:
NBPenis EnlargementL - 13 cm / 5.1"
MSEG - 11.3-11.5 cm / 4.45-4.5"


Set Goals - Going Average - 01/01/13
NBPenis EnlargementL - 15 cm / 6" (+2-2.25 cm / + 0.7-0.8")
MSEG - 12.7 cm / 5" (+1.2-1.5cm / + 0.47-0.59")

1. do you think that with my current stats i'll be able to satisfy women and make her orgasm with my penis only?
2. do you think that this goal target is realistic?

You definitely can gain that much with your bare hands. You'll probably need baby powder and a lubricant, though.

1. I'm not sure about this, you can please some women if you know what you are doing.
2. Going from 5" to 6" is completely realistic. Go for it.

Check my stats dude. Your goal is the exact amount that I have gained. I have used manual exercises to achieve this. It took me less than a year. Get to it!
 
Because your penis smaller and your goal also fairly small the percentage change really is not much and so with DLD Newbie Routine i would be surprised if you do not achieve your goal before the end of the year.
 
Little Update: I'm about to finish my first month. I took the training easily and i started to train 4 days a week from my third week. probably going to stick this routine for more 2-3 weeks and then increase it to 2 days on 1 day off. As for changing my Penis Enlargement routine, I'll decide what to do after 3 month.. I think it's better to take the time which will help me to pay more attention to my penis and help me to prevent injury. sorry about my english btw...

Routine:

10-11 minutes jelqing (3-5 second stroke)
30 second stretching (Stright out, Up, Down, Right, Left) X 2 + 25 rotations X 2
JAI stretch - 60 per training day
Kegels - probably 90 per workout day + kegeling little bit while doing stretching and jelqing

28/02

BPenis EnlargementL - 14 cm (???)
MSEG - 11.3-11.5 cm / 4.45-4.5"

30/03

Girth - I believe i didn't measure myself correctly as i didn't make sure that the tape measurement wrap my penis tightly so i think i had 0.2cm increase in the last past month
Length - This is weird.. when im getting close to ejactue i can get 6" BPenis EnlargementL. I'm not overweight at all but most of my body fat accumulate on my belly therfore on my pubic area as well. As for NBPenis EnlargementL i can get to 13.5 cm
Hardness - OMG my penis is so hard and if i edge my penis stay hard forever and my flaccid size stays so big the rest of the day its like my flaccid is more of semi-erect for the whole day LOL.

Just wish to get a little more girth in the next month grrrrrrrr
