So I decided to do Bathmate and jelqing with cold water only. My "warm" up was just manual stretching not warm water at all. I would do 5 minutes of Bathmate with cold water and then do jelqing and then go back to 5 minutes of Bathmate. My thoughts on this is that cold water DEFINITELY has benefits. Maybe stronger erections and other health benefits... HOWEVER the problem is your just not getting the same expansion with warm water. I feel like the workout isn't as good. I do feel that alternating with cold and warm water is very good though. I liked that more then just pure cold water. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

I've recently tried both and definitely prefer the warm water. I did 2 days of just using cold water and I could never get my expansion past 6 1/8" even going 10 x 6 minute sets= 60 minutes. Today my first set I just did 6x6= 36 minutes and my expansion was over 6 1/4".

The only good thing that I see with using cold water is that you get less fluid retention for sure. But I use the Bathmate for girth expansion so thats all I'm after, I don't care too much about fr unless its HUGE fr.

Thats my thoughts on cold water vs warm water

Couldn't agree more bro. Well said. That's pretty much it. What do you think about warm than cold and switching? i thought that was great you get the expansion and then no fr. Just some food for thought.

I'll give it a try. I'll do a 6x6 and alternate between hot and cold. My next set is scheduled for around 4 or 5pm, so I'll post my results from it.

We want to expand the tissues bring in blood and increase tissue flexibility, but the ice will be counter productive to our efforts. Ice on the balls is a good idea those, increases sperm count and horniness and facilitates erection.

If you use cold water on the balls 2 hours before a session, your erections will be stronger. The balls produce hormones your dick does not, it urinates and ejaculates and conqures pussy. There is a great difference. Warm water is best for cock, it helps healing and expansion.

would it not be good to pump with warm water then afterwards apply cold water to it?

i am a competing bodybuilder so know a lot about building muscle, and 1 thing than has been known for many years is that heat after workouts is notoriously bad for muscle growth. Cold water benifits growth as it pulls blood from the muscle and then once it gets warmer blood rushes back into the muscle, this "flushing" of blood removes waste products from the muscle such as lactic acid and dead blood cells and when "new" blood comes back in it is much richer in nutrients such as oxygen.

To be more specific alternating heat therapy would be the ideal for muscle growth.

i dont see how this could not apply to pumping and pe?

I wear a Auto Extender sealing sleeve cut about 1/4 inch and Do my Bathmate X-40 Session for 25mn And Have NO FLUID RETENTION!!! ZERO>>NONE ZILCH!!

Great to hear, how is your expansion?

Use cold water for barrier breaking.
You hit your max in the Bathmate...
Now try again with cold water try to expand it to the same size. The cold water will try and shrink its tissue. Eventually your max can obtained in cold water. Now do it again with hot water and you can break your last max size.

Interesting! How is this helping you?

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

If Penis Enlargement exercises create micro tears in the muscle just like weight lifting does then i'm sure this is most effective..... however if it doesnt create micro tears to repir than it will probably not be.

So the big question is does pe exercises create these microtears or does it just rely on the cells stretching with no repairing needed?
