My routine is fairly simple I have seen some results strapping an extender on at night usually about 2 to three hours before bed. I have learned to sleep on my back or side (because I am usually a stomach sleeper) and I am able to keep the extender on through the night. I haven't gone one day without at least 3 hours of extender wear for the past month. The majority of days I have worn the extender a minimum of six hours and counting the days I slept with it I probably wore it about 10 hours. I am creeping up on that elusive 7 inch mark after a long time of hit and miss P.E.. My average flaccid size has gone from about 4.5 to 5 inches and I am over 6.5 inches at this point.

Anyway, the gains I made are from the extender alone and now I am introducing jelqing into my routine. I have the Bathmate and I plan to start using it 20 minutes every night but some nights my penis just won't play along. I have decided that if my penis won't go into the Bathmate I will just do 20 minutes with the Jelq Device. I saw that someone said the extender doesn't work alone yet I have seen gains from it in a month. The extender (and I am not recommending a particular brand) seems to be the most Doctor approved method of penis enlargement and I know that it works for me. So, I think the extender could be an enlargement tool by itself but manual P.E. may speed up the process. I also believe that manual P.E. can be used by itself to make gains.

I also want to say that in place of pills (which I am not against) one could receive the same if not better results from daily aerobic exercise. The pills claim to create greater blood flow yet I saw harder erections and less shrinkage about 3 to 4 weeks after I started a serious total body workout routine. I plan on getting back to a workout routine and dropping some weight because I think that plays a huge factor in penis enlargement. It also can make one erect enough to be able to measure their true size as opposed to their 89 per cent erect size which could be significantly smaller than the healthy erections one starts to get after devoting a few weeks to a daily exercise routine.

Exercise will only help with any P.E. method but I think people don't realize just how important it is with regards to penis enlargement. I think that abstaining from ejaculation as long as possible whether that be a couple days or a couple of weeks will also help with P.E.. The only evidence I have to back up this claim is anecdotal because I have noticed more hang and more frequent erections when I abstain from ejaculation for about 5 or 6 days. Overall, I think P.E. is a total body thing and in the same way one can't get great abs without working their entire body, it would be very difficult to get a great penis without working the entire body. There is no pill that will substitute for some time spent running or engaging in an activity that causes you to sweat.

Well, the thing with ANY type of Penis Enlargement is often that even though our penises are mostly the same physiologically, HOW we apply ourselves to the different methods varies by quite a bit. That is the main factor in "success'" for most men. I agree with you about exercise and overall health in general. Being in great shape will only help the ENTIRE body. Many men who are morbidly obese or just plain out of shape (even you who think you are "in shape" often are not) focus only on their penises...while neglecting things such as their blood pressure, waistline, or blood sugar for examples.

I do disagree though with your thoughts on avoiding ejaculation. It's actually healthy for your prostate and sexually related muscles. It's also good for the psyche.
