Im 6 feet when I wake up in the morning and my weight fluctuates between 165-170.
I want to get up to about 190ish. PLease comment and tell me what I neeed to work on. I know biceps for sure. Im only about 14 inches flexed right now. Pectorals also need work in my eyes. My waist is 31 inches . I would like to get it down to 29

Honestly, you look pretty beastly already but i would make an account at bodybuildingforum.com. Make the same thread you did here onto that website and those guys will give you a bunch of tips.

You appear bigger than 170lbs. It would have been good to post a few pics in the relax mode both front and back. However what strike me the most is that you got a pretty large frame. Your arms are really underdeveloped to match your torso. It's not really the bicep that's the leading factor. It is your triceps, you know that the triceps makes up approximately 2/3 of your arm muscle mass. So you need to hit the bench press, close grip and also tricep extension. Forearm also needs working on, doing heavy deadlifts without straps should help build mass. Additionally any gripping,pinching or thick barbell hold should help build popeye forearm. Don't neglect your legs as well. Hope this helps.
 
Yes thank you for the response .. my arms are definetely out of proportion , but that seems to be the hardest area for me to gain in. Im going to superset that area and will work on tricep exercises

How is everything else going? Any new Penis Enlargement gains?
 
hey dld, im in college right now second year , mentally im kinda depressed and shit been on zoloft, and other ssri for like 4 years been suicidal since high school . P E wise im wearing my size genetics 3-4 hours a day between classes mainly as many hours as i can get plus some jelqs,and kettlebell hanging when i have privacy havn't measured in over a month, but hoping ill see 8 inches

Good to hear from you my friend, I like to check in when I can just to make sure things are ok, call me a over protective daddy:) Anyway, I feel bad that you are suffering depression right now, I am too and it is something only people who have it can understand. Suicide is too good for me!:) I think I am meant to suffer:) This year I have been successful with being off most of the meds and actually functioning. The depression is no worse than it usually is so I am kind of taken back on the effect that the meds were having on me anyway. I mean, the only difference on the meds was the depression was extra dull, off the meds it is less dull but still present. My biggest hope is October is coming and I usually get a visit from the hypomania for a few months starting in Oct....sick as it sounds, I can't wait. Anyway, I can relate to you and I am fighting the good fight along side you.

I am happy to hear you are in school and practicing Penis Enlargement this lets me know you are a true veteran of depression:) We have no choice, we have to work. If I can help in any way please just ask.

It's not complicated at all! Just make sure you eat more than your maintenance level- that's the first step you need to take. There are some formulas on the net that can help you. Add around 10-15 or even more if you feel like it % to that number, so you can gain. Make sure you don't increase as much as 700+ calories, because that way, you are risking of getting fat, instead of muscle. Another thing is lift heavy. Make progress every time, every next workout it is a better you. And make sure to have good carbohydrate-protein-fat ratios. 35-45-20 is a good one, but it really depends on you- how much lean body mass you have, your body type - ecto, meso, endo-morph etc. .And make sure you eat good food sources!
