Hi all, I’ve taken a measurement im currently at 7.75bpel and 5.1 meg. My goal is 8x6. I’ve got both the size genetics and bath mate. Due to work and social life I’ve got to limit my self to around 30-40mins training per day. What routine would work best for me I mostly want to see girth gains!

Hello Girthworm, With the equipment you have you can do most of the SRT workout. I would look SRT over and get a good understanding. Put together a 40 minute workout based on the exercise you can do. We can help you with this, just look through SRT and ask any question you might have. You are off to a good start with the tools you have!
 
GW, you are already knocking on the door of your goal with those starting measurements. As DLD said the SRT is a good read. The 5x5x3 method with your BM should help you with your goal for girth gains. MOS is a great place and the members here will assist you with any questions you may have

dedication to the art, consistency in your routine and discipline when you feel like slacking are going to be your keys to meeting your PE goals (as with everything else in life :))

Thanks to everyone help/advice! I’ve had problems with my phone and it’s not letting me log in to the site? Just downloaded a new browser to get back on... never mind.
Been training hard and sticking to it and starting to see some gains most probably temporary but good for the motivation! Also my libido has gone through the roof is that quite normal?

My libido did the same thing when I started my PE routine. I would think that it is one of the many positive side effects of PE:)

agreed...for me it was more mental (seeing what I was creating triggered my brain to tell my body to go out and use it...on as many women as possible, lol)

I only have one to use it on. My head would likely have some knots should I try to use it elsewhere, lol
