Hey all,

Im endering the last phase of my pe journey. Im going to thow in the towel at 8.5x6.3ish.

Ive never been good at girth, but recently have been learning the power in certain erect bend type exercises. i dont clamp but use my hands to effectively balloon blood. Ive been doing nearly exclusively girth exercises now for a about 3 weeks and am loving it. I seem to be getting fatter quickly. Im pushing it really hard, very intense sessions.
Im not too clear on how quickly one gains girth, and need to know if say a 3/4" is possible in around 3 months if i pe 5-6 days a week intensely? If not what can i expect to gain? Any experienced girth veteran advice would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of exercises have you been doing, and what has been working for you? I am interested in making a big girth push as well
 
Basically im doing everything i can to force blood in while erect and clamping with my hand. Im also bending and stretching tunica etc when im in the state. Im not sure what its called. I can feel it working deep down and feel pain etc in the cc chambers quiet intensely while im doing it. I know its working. Not interested in using a clamp i feel they are dangerous from a temporary injury I got a long time ago.

You definitely don't want pain.

You'll def see results with erect bends, i've been doing them lately with good rersults.

Hey Colt, Your current efforts seem to be very effective but you need to put a different perspective on it. Throwing in the towel creates a negativity in your mind and your cynicism leaves a place for failure. Use a positive outlook on your new journey, you are starting out great and carry that affirmative attitude into this new quest.

Girth is all about expansion, expansion past the 100% mark of your best erection. This can be done in every workout and over time your penis has no choice but to permanently deform the tissue to hold the blood of that over-expansion. Time is hard to calculate but from my own experience girth was difficult for me and it took extreme effort. Once I understood the expansion pricipal I finally started gaining.

This quest is a new opportunity for you to start with a clean slate. Use it wisely and you will make gains.

Thanks for the input all, thanks to you too DLD. Im not ending pe in a negative way - im almost at the size ive dreamed about since i was 16. Im almost 23 now. -I cant believe im actually entering the area of my idol Supra.

Still 3 months is the target of just over 6", that i must hit as i promised someone that size, and need to make true on it. Risky but challenging and motivating.

The question still is, is it possible? If it is i will make it happen.
