I've been doing Kegels for so long, but I can't last an erection for more than 30 seconds. When I watch ���� it takes forever to get my dick up, it just won't do much unless I shake it back and forth...and still its not even 100% erect.

Then just a few days ago a girl asked to see my dick and I couldn't get it up so I tried to play it off until she touched ti while I was flaccid:O

It mustn't been 2 inches at that time. But then it got me thinking I never was full hard besides a few times when watching ���� and even when watching ���� I'm not fully hard.

you have a flaccid length of 8 inches, why the hell would you care if it gets hard? LMAO
 
Uh, yeah, I'm assuming that's a typo. Unless your flaccid actually is bigger than your erect length, in which case - holy shit.

Anyway, try not jerking off or looking at ���� as you mentioned - try not to even focus on anything sexual. If you give it enough time, chances are better than good that you'll see better erections.
 
Well for some reason seems like Jelqs and a lot of kegels been helpping.

The thing about my flaccid is that it doesn't naturally hang at 8 inches flaccid. (Yep its sucks) without touching it I could measure anywhere between 4-6 inches. But 4 inches is where I tend to be at most days sometimes lower. 6 inches are rare cases.

4-6 inches flacid hang is very good hang too, I think the average is like 3 or so. I had some problems with keeping an erection and jelqing definately has helped, but I think edging has been a huge factor too. Edging is where you beat off until you're feel yourself starting to cum and then you pause until it goes away and repeat this a bunch of times. Try not to fully cum, just edge for a while, that should help. Oh, and like someone else said, stop watching a ���� for a while.

Been a while since I've been here but maybe this will help, maybe not.

The jelqing and kegeling definitely increase blood flow. But it sounds like you need to do a self-examination on your lifestyle.

It will boil down to diet and exercise. So here are some things to question...

1. write down everything you ate in the last week before you read this post.

2. write down every bit of physical activity that got your heart thumping in the last week...jacking doesn't count LMAO ...include actual minutes you played basketball or biked or ran (include the distances as well).

Sit back and reflect. Don't be judgemental/harsh and don't make excuses of why. Just be objective.

Diets high in fat cause cholesterol issues which can hinder blood flow to the arteries supplying blood to your cock.

Sedentary lifestyles slows the overall amount of effort needed to sustain life and the body adapts. (I got to learn this one personally.)
