I waited patiently, for today to come.

background, I started off on a newbie routine very similar to phase I in the MOS members section. Once I bought the membership I transitioned to the MOS Phase I, while applying SRT healing theory.

I started my 6 week program in Afghanistan 9 weeks ago, and finished it after 3 separate bases, and now back home. I bring that up, because there were a few half weeks here and there that my program got pushed off due to mission essential requirements or lack of privacy and time to do it. But I hungered, all the time, to stay consistent anyway I could.

I have had tons of stress, poor eating, picked up smoking temporarily, and drank too much since I've been home. All things bad for health... bad for growth. But all those things are either passing, or will be passed shortly.

I started off on 4 September taking measurements: Flaccid Girth 4 6/8" and a bone pressed Flaccid (non stretched) length 4 7/8"
on 9 September I took more measurements: Bone Pressed Erect Length 6 2/8" and Erect Girth 5 3/8"





.....


.....and today.... I am 3/8's of an longer when erect and 2/8's girthier when erect.


Bone Pressed Erect Length now 6 5/8", Erect Girth now 5 5/8", Flaccid Girth 4 3/8" this is actually 3/8" smaller - I will take a few measurements of this one because I was a little 'off' flaccid this morning, Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length 6 2/8", Non Bone Pressed Flaccid Length 3 6/8"

Thanks go out to DLD and all the MOS brothers who have helped to educate me to this point. I could fill a house with a what I don't know, but thanks you to I can now fill a room with what I do know.

What awesome news! I am so proud of you and the amazing gains you have made! I am also happy that you took it upon yourself to put interest in the SRT Routine, this is really the best routine ever created and even when users take part in small measures concerning SRT their gains are greatly increased. I hope others see this thread and get inspired top take SRT very seriously!
 
I am 100% sold on the science behind the theory you developed! the results from others! and the results I've seen with it.
SRT just makes sense and works. While doing phase 1 about 3 days a week I can heal extended 24 hours a day, 2 days a week for about 12 hours, and 1-2 times a week only for an hour or two. This was do to normal life things popping up - I noticed a huge difference between those three types of healing days.

On days that I didn't heal extended -the next morning I was smaller visually flaccid by inches. On days like this morning where I had great work outs followed by healing all day and all night, this morning when I took my sleeve off to start my length work out I had a plump long penis.
 
the science behind SRT is really a combined knowledge of years and years of experience. When you take an overview of everything that we've seen happened over the past decade you can sort of get an idea of different things out of work and different things haven't worked. Then if you are diligent and you research users progress threads and study up on who made gains and what they did, you have even greater knowledge. Then when you combine all the new stretching techniques and all the different ways we learn to expand girth and all the new equipment and try to get this all into a modern routine, it took a lot of work. But today SRT is becoming easier and easier for most users to understand and practice. The reason most users practice SRT is everyone who uses it makes amazing gamins. Science for me is really show and prove. ....if I don't see gains, or witness results, or have a measurable outcome then to me its not worth my time. SRT has allowed an environment that only includes techniques that truly deliver the fastest, possible gains with the most effective and modern healing methods.

now, I never knew SRT, my own personal routine, would turn into a phenomenon that thousands of men would use. Over the past 18 months I've seen many men heard from many men that is started using SRT and made the best games ever. And it seems, that any man who takes SRT under his wings, makes games at speed no one else can duplicate. An SRT is not really a huge workout, it is more a time management program. Man who truly understand and embodied SRT will certainly make the fastest, safest gains possible....Penis EnlargementRIOD.
 
I've just started 'perusing' users logs and have found it very beneficial. There are so many hidden nuggets of goodness.

I can guaranty you that there is techniques buried and forgotten that may be greater techniques then we now have. Many of my exercises, and I have created 100's of exercises, methods, routines and techniques, become buried in the forum with maybe one reply or even in some cases now. I know these threads to be valuable but it speaks to what I am suggesting above, the is GOLD in reading the work men have put forward.

Actually, one of the coolest things to see is the 'holy thread resurrection' 2 years after the last post with someone chiming in that they've just started doing x,y, or z and are seeing benefits.

Time tested.
 
Congrats OE13IT!!! Glad to hear that you made it back in good healthy and that your dedication has been paying off. I agree with DLD tho, there are some serious treasures hidden in this forum just waiting to be used. The best part about this whole program is that tou can customize it to suit your schedule and increase the intensity of the exercices. HATS OFF to you and thanks for serving your country.

Most of the injuries were non-Penis Enlargement related, with a little over zealous noobie with too many toys.

And my hats off to all the lawyers, doctors, engineers, garbage men, and Penis Enlargement pioneers. - without you my life would suck.
