I didn't see a thread anywhere in regards to an eating plan for PE so I decided to start one. Basically what this thread is going to be is a meal plan to promote sexual health as much as possible. It will conclude of breakfast lunch and dinner, and snacks in-between. What foods promote the hardest erection? How many calories should you eat to enhance penis growth? How many grams of protein/carbs do you need to build a bigger dick? What foods promote a huge orgasm and what foods help you hang bigger and longer every day. I don't want people to list certain foods such as yogurt, beef, etc... This thread is for a planned meal plan!

An example of the template will be as follows.



Week 1 Meals.
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Snacks (optional)
Drinks (teas etc..)

Shopping list for Week 1
Buy these grocery items for a weeks worth of eating.

Instructions of how to make the meals



If we can get four weeks worth of dick building meal plans along with the shopping list and how to cook them then we can promote faster gains and a healthier lifestyle. I just ask that we don't go off of opinions but facts or experience. Examples are, "This study shows this or this", or "When I ate like this in the past I had way harder erections", or "I blew huge loads when I ate like this"

Exercise also comes into play. If we are lifting weights how many more calories and grams of protein do we need to eat to continue to build a bigger dick? Lets get this started!
 
Reading this gots me a question, being on cutting phase on severe caloric deficit can hinder your PE Gains?

I still don't know the answer to this question. I would like to know as well.
