Hello all, I am trying to get the Fastest results in Length using 1-2 hrs 6 days a week. All I want is and Extra .5-1.0 inch in Erection NBP length as fast an safe as possible.
Would Manual Stretches be better in all directions or Weights be better??? Or maybe a traction device??
