Hi there,
I'm looking for some advice.
I started my DLD's newbie routine 48 days ago. I did the newbie routine until the 38th day. I gained a solid 0.2 inch. My length is 6.7 inch and my girth remained the same (5,7inch).
The problem is when i do my routine this will take me like 3 hours because i have to wait untill my erection goes away. I keep getting a hard on between every set. It's annoying and it's a shame because i've read people will do it in like 30-45 minutes. I'm now in a very busy period (engineering student) with tests comming up... My plan was to do pre tunica bundled stretches only. 6x 1 minute bundled stretch to the left and 6x1 minute bundled stretch to the right. This will take me 60 minutes.... This should only take me like 15-20 minutes? But my hard on keeps annoying me.
Is this enough to maintain length through months?
Like until the summervacation in July? Will i gain from this if i do it on consistent basis? 5 days on and 2 days off.
I wear the phallosan forte as much as i can as soon as i come home from college. And the Size Genetics Extender aswell.
I also do rubberband kegels. On monday, wednesday, friday. I find these to be very effective.
Also if i do pre tunica stretches until July, do i have to worry about overconditioning of my penis? Can i just start with the newbie stretch routine where i left off? All of this will be supported with constant heat (infra red heating pad)
I really want to maximize my manual length gains and i'm not bothered to do this for years because it's totally integrated into my lifestyle. But sometimes i have to reduce my PE time to a minimum to keep everything rolling.
I'm very happy with my penis size and i can't wait to see it like 2 inches longer. I love PE and everyday i visualize my penis growing larger and larger.
