Hi Guys

Ive been Penis Enlargement'ing on and off for about 10 years.
I am very used to the donut effect after a hard session. Usually the donut is gone by the next day.
I am currently experiencing what feels like a hard small vein starting at the back tip of my head, coming round the right hand side under the head and culminating in the knot of fluid/(or maybe blood) you can see under the front of the head. The liquid seems to have pooled in this spot in particular. I have had this for 6 days without doing any Penis Enlargement'ing and it doesn't appear to be going away or reducing in size.
I have tried massaging it out on a few occasions and have managed to massage the fluid away from the head and back into the shaft however it returns almost immediately.
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips on getting rid of it?
I am uncut and usually wear by foreskin pulled back but have started wearing it over the head in an effort to try and reduce this lump.
I'm getting blue balls cos I have a few girls on the go at the moment but dont want to be getting the old boy out in this sorry state!!!

Any constructive comments would be much appreciated.

Cheers
BE

Over pumping and to much fluid build up. Take time off! Apply handfuls of warm ups and hot baths and lots of massaging.

Uneven retention that has caused a water blister. This has happened to me and I just needed to take a break for 2 days, lots of massage and heat. DO not pop, do not train through it! Allow it to drain, this will happen within a day or two.

Thanks guys, day 7 and no change but will take the advice on heat and massage and keep you posted.

Definitely a blister, retention would not last this long. Take on the massage and heat, I would assume the blister will take a good 2 weeks to heal.

OK. Its slightly reassuring to read your last post as the lump is unchanged approaching 10 days now :(

As I mentioned this rock hard vessel starts directly behind the back of my head and sweeps round parallel wit the the head culminating in the lump under the front of the head. In the past Ive always been able to massage the fluid underneath the head back into the shaft. This time any massaging I do, is just like pushing a rock hard vein of fluid. There is no 'give'. The fluid within the vein/vessel isn't moving and feels literally rock hard.

Is there any chance this could be a thrombosed vein? Im crapping it! Thinking about going to the docs tomorrow and pulling my pants down...

Firstly I apologize for the barrage of unsavory pictorials of my aggrieved todger - just be grateful it isn't yours!!

Worryingly there has been no change since my first post <:( The swollen vein (which is what it appears to be) is quite uncomfortable to touch/massage.

Has anyone on this forum experienced a thrombosed vein? Can it be dealt with by yourself or does it require surgery? I have to wait until next week for a dic appointment and so have a few anxious days ahead of me :(

Most of what you can see is swelling but if you look closely there is a rock hard tiny vein which rounds from the tip of the head round to the front. This solid vein is literally rigid and there is some fluid build up around it which makes it less visible. As I say there is no movement of blood/fluid within thus vein when I massage it. It is rock solid.

Appreciate feedback. Ta gents

BellEnd, I moved the thread to the Safety Forum to get some better responses. Sorry to hear that this is thrombosis, I was truly hoping it was not. I would start the therapy found in Thrombosis Treatment Thread, it is the best strategy to dealing with thrombosis.

Hey, everyone! Just found this post while looking for information on fluid retention.

I am also uncut and I also have my foreskin pulled back the whole time.
Sometimes, especially after having sex (I usually wear a condom, but it has happened without a condom too), I get a swollen prepuce just below my glans.
Now, I'm pretty sure it is just fluid retention, because it is really just the prepuce that is swollen.

What I'd like to know is what is this massage you guys keep talking about, to make the fluid retention go away?

Can anyone explain how it's done, or post the link to the appropriate thread regarding this?

Thanks a lot. :)

I practice deep tissue massage after girth sessions and any fluid that was present after the routine is usually dispersed within 2 hours after massage. No big deal, basically I use some oil and work it into my flaccid penis, massaging between my finger and thumb. I spend about 5 minutes doing this. I think most of the retention that may happen to me is dealt with in the way I train. I will do 5 minute sets in the Bathmate and spend the next five minutes doing SlowSquashJelqs and this will keep most retention at bay.

So you basically just massage your penis as if you were "spreading" the fluid around?

Yes sir. I will spend the time doing deep tissue massage. Sometimes I will use the toilet bowl seat to press my flaccid penis against, this helps the fluid disperse even quicker. I will also massage it between my forefinger and thumb starting at the base and working all the way up to the head. The massage takes about 5 minutes but if you like you can work it into the Testicle Health Routine, killing two birds with one stone.

I've been on the disabled list for a little over six weeks. I had three thrombosed veins. Two of them slowly went away, but the one going from the base to the head (the one in the middle) still hasn't completely healed. Also I had a ring going completely around the circumcision area. It felt weird to the touch. It felt like cartilage and was quite uncomfortable. It took a month to fully go away, but I wasn't using heat or massages. I just let it heal by itself. So maybe you can get rid of it in less time than me.

The main thrombosed vein still hasn't gone away, but is finally starting to heal. DLD told me to use a heating pad on it, massage it (which I usually forget to do), and take an NSAID like Advil (which I thought would be bad to take for an extended period so I didn't do this). As I said the heat is really helping me now.

I understand your worries. I was in your position trying to explain what this injury looked like to the MOS crew, but your pictures solve that. So thank you for bringing it into the light so to speak.

So you may want to hold off going to the doctor. You tell him how you hurt yourself. He'll tell you Penis Enlargement is dangerous and doesn't work. Then he'll tell you to massage the area and apply heat to it and may recommend use of an anti-inflammatory medication. Try the suggestions in this thread and wait a little longer before you go to the doc. It will save you some money and embarrassment (at least I would feel embarrassed).

I hope some of this post helped you and brought you some kind relief from all the worrying going on inside your head. So Godspeed on your recovery.

Nothing speaks more than a member who has gone through this issue and has healed himself. Thanks for your input Hep, I know it brings solace to those who have the same issue. Thrombosis is scary and frustrating but it can be healed with patience and the above therapy. Remember too, you can continue training length while in the flaccid state. Look at the healing process as an opportunity to concentrate strictly on length. Before you know it you will be longer, stronger and ready to hit girth.

I finally found the answer to my problem. I just did a training session and for the first time, I developed this lump below the head/on the backside of the penis. I'll defintiely take some time off.

I'm currently writing up my intro, but I'm super glad I found this thread,

Just saw your new thread, I am happy that you found this too.

its not a vein, its a lymph vessel. ive had one too and its actually been there for over years now... its nto going away. its not as bad as yours is though, but i can feel a hard cord under the skin. i can some times roll it and massage it and it will get smaller. but it never goes away. pretty sure i got it from poor grip and stretching my dick hard... i read it happens from trauma to the penis. i doubt it will go away on its own but who knows. ill probably go to aurologist sometime.. my girl has never mentioned it so i dont even think she noticed it. its on the top left below the head on me.
