how can i un clog it?

Well for some or most it can be difficult and never unclog, it's said that eventually the body builds a new one.
I've tried heat but found cold was better. I'm now using a heparinoid gel which seems to be helping but very slow process

Have you tried rapping it with something snug ...when I do that mine goes away but comes back

That definitely sounds like thrombosis and I’m sure your doctor will agree. Perhaps he can give you some blood thinners while you practice the therapy I posted. That would probably be your best way through this. I would also continue to do deep tissue massage with some heat to the area affected. I hope everything goes well at your doctors and don’t be embarrassed to ask questions. Let me know what happens my brother

Thank you for being very pro active. Thanks to everyone who is trying to help . I just hope I can have all this go away . Jelqing gives me more confidence. Giving me a fuller looking member .

Okay I just saw my family doctor and she seems to think that everything is fine . Mind you though when she asked to see my penis I chickened out ...got shy but offered to show her a picture zoomed in .
When she saw the picture she wasn't alarmed at all by it . I explained to her that it might be a thrombosed vein because it feels like a guitar string.she went on to say that if it is then there really isn't anything that I can do other than take baby aspirin 81 milligrams once daily for 2 weeks if by chance in 2 weeks it doesn't subside or get any better I should then book another appointment and by then she wants to see it in person.
Not sure what to say but I became shy and didn't show her in person !!!

Your Doctor is on point. Take the baby aspirin (81mg) for the 2-weeks and let her analyze the feedback. Don't be embarrassed to show your 'female' doctor your penis. How do you think women feel when their male doctor exams them.

Not really in this case I told him he had thrombosis before he even went to the doctor but I guess I’m not really a doctor I just play one on TV LOL
