jelqing swollen lumps

hello everyone i looking for some answers or help, i have been doing PE for over 10 years on and off but never did it more then 1 year long.
in the last month or so i have been doing girth work as i am already 7.5 inches long naturally so girth is where i need the most help with.

Okay here it goes i know i have over done the girth work to the point im here now asking for guidance, i had back to back day of girth work felt normal no pain but swollen as per usual. 40 minutes is what i feel good with. i warm up in the shower then warm down after PE.

i noticed a couple of days later i had swollen shaft just below my glans . when i touched it it felt hard and lumpy if i touched to hard for to long it hurt a small bit not much at all...the vein maybe where the pain was coming from. the lump is right around the vein. there isnt any color change or blood . just a semi hard lumpy matter i take its tissue . the owner of this site on twitter recommended i use a hot wrap and that i may have over done the PE.

i kinda need more answers if anyone could help i need to know if i can recover from this . i have used a hot wrap with a rag cut and wrapped around the area not tight but just enough to feel it snug . the lumps go away until i remove the wrap and they slowing come back ...if you can imagine a lump under the thin layer of skin right below the head.

I'm beginning to think it's the veins along with tissue ...will this go away? Or am I stuck with this malformity

I won’t claim to be any sort of expert, but I had the same issue pumping with my Bathmate. Too intense.. mine went away after i stopped pumping a couple weeks.

In my case, I was pumping to hard too long.. I was maybe doing 4 sets of 5 minutes and got bad edema, embarrassed to show my cock to my lady. It subsided, but that ring you mentioned remained for about two weeks following. I know someone will be able to come in and discuss the tissue side, but thats what it felt like to me, glans tissue getting overpumped compared to shaft, creating inflammation. I still have blood blisters on the underside of my cock from that, so I stopped during December. I need to do more hot compresses I think. Part of me wonders if I’m not warming up my cock enough either. ?‍♂️

Id say pumping to long isn't good .I showed my wife and she's thinks I took it to far .

I was told to use hot wrap and lay off of jelqing ...edema is cause by leaking fluids from a near by vein into surrounded tissue correct

I can’t say for sure if it’s the vein, but could be in my case with the burst blood vessels, for sure. The fluid retention is described as watery, which suggests extracellular matrix (ECM) fluid. Again, would need an expert to weigh in, no pun intended.

That could be it, on wiki said take a couple weeks off and its ok, which is what i did and it went soft again

This sounds like thrombosis. Where the swelling is do you feel a hard wire feeling underneath? Is there pain at the point of swelling?

No pain but the vein feels hard and lumpy ...this happend after jelqing

Also around the glans feels lumpy like breast tissue almost

Sounds like WhT u have but mine goes around my gland underneath, however mine is also painful

Yes sir I have to be quite honest with you I'm not sure about taking ibuprofen I have been doing the hot wraps and rapping with a gauze to apply minimal pressure in hopes to relieve inflammation. I have also booked an appointment with my family physician to hopefully get a urologist referral just to rule out any potential dangers ...I have noticed the vein is a cord like texture on the right side of my penis below the glans that explains the veins but not the tissue around the vein where that is also inflamed and hasn't gone down . The link of info you sent me explains similarities but also continues to state that within 24 hours is subsided with hot wrap and light stretching ....


I am on my 7th or 8th day now no improvement at all .
