Hi all,

Did my first run through of DLDs beginner routine this morning! Honestly, I wasn't aware my penis could stretch in all those different directions. LOL

What I am wondering about concerns loose skin. When flaccid, my penis has fairly loose skin. I am circumcised, but I can grip the base of the shaft and push the skin up until is covers about half of the head.

Initially, I tried starting with my hand all the way at the top, beneath the glans. Stretching this way felt..well, not great but OK Next I tried starting at the base, sliding my hand to the glans and stretching. Stretching this way seemed to stretch the skin more than anything else.

Finally, I ,moved the loose skin as far up the penis and it would go with my left hand, then gripped right behind it with my right hand, and then performed the stretch. I feel this method gives me the best stretch.

Am I one the right track here or am I missing something? LOL I just want to make I'm not doing something I'm not supposed to since the thing is pretty important to me. :)

I suppose it feels kinda wierd at first, but you'll prolly get used to in in no time

I generally gather all the skin and then grip right below (above? dunno) the head so that I can feel it in my ligs

Can you feel the stretch in your ligaments at all? Or does it feel like just skin

Also, are you feeling sore? I remember after my first run through I felt like my tool was gonna fall off haha

When I moved the skin up first and then stretched I REALLY could feel it in my ligs. It was a few hours ago but I am already sore...sore in a place I've never been sore before! I do a lot of weight training so know a bit about stretched tissue...and based on how I feel now I have a bad feeling tomorrows going to be a little rough. LOL
 
Thats it, pull the skin back! I know it is a big temptation to avoid pulling the skin back for comfort reasons but the stretch will be so much more intense this way. Over time you will grow used to it.
 
Thanks for the help! I'm finishing the creation of my routine today and posting it in the routine section tonight so wish me luck! Hopefully I'll get some cool gains to make everyone else envious....

Sorry for jumping in on this thread but I have a similar problem.

I'm uncircumcised and have way too much foreskin to pull it back and stretch.

I have been stretching without my foreskin pulled back foe the last few days and my ligs don't feel sore at all.

Does this mean I'm doing it wrong?

Help!

When you say pull it back, do you mean forward towards the head...or towards the base?

if their not sore that doesnt mean your not working them.

however if your simply not feeling any tension during the stretch thats different.

which one is it?
 
I can feel some tension. The area around the base of my penis feels weird after a stretch but I always feel that I'm just stretching skin.

I've only been stretching a few days, Its just that I want to ensure that I'm doing it right. <:(

During my first few months there was a definite combination of skin and penile stretching. As the penis stretches the skin will need to accomodate the longer penis so it too stretches. The weird feeling you are getting is exactly what you should be feeling. The base of the penis is where the suspensory ligaments attach the penis to the pubic bone, this weird feeling you are getting is the effect of lengthening these ligaments.
 
Thanks for that DLD, I can now start stretching again and start to make some gains. LMAO
 
quick question too. when i stretch idk what it is but the head of my penis turns red right at the tip around the opening of the urethra. too much pressure in my grip? it's hard to get a good enough grip to stretch as hard as i want to feel it in the ligs. i'm also a newbie. is this normal. it usually goes away after an 30-60 min or so. but should this even be happening? HELP!
 
I have been useing cloth and wrapping a small amount around my glans when the skin is pulled back and than doing my stretches. Gives me a good grip and feels better.
