Matters of Size does a deal on a quality extender, you get it much cheaper if you go through DLD, go ask him!

It looks like the X4. I was thinking about that but the extender master fedora said it may have issues with the lack of elongation bar.
 
i got the andro and it has a few extension bars....definitely has what you need....
 
Been using it for 3 days and my dick gets sore after about an hour or 2...i notice if i am sitting down, it get more of a stretch with it...i do see a difference so far, i did a measurement and my flaccid dick is about 1/8 to 1/4 longer...pretty cool.....buti have to tell you that the first time ii used it i made the extension bars too long and i think i over did it...but i shortened them and its not as bad...and i am also rapping it now with the extension to ease the friction.....but i have to tell you....its the real deal and i think it will work...i am also pumping like i used to do and doing some manual work......

seems like you are on the right way towards some length gains! Remember to use the bpfls measurement in the beginning, to track progress.
 
To anyone out there who uses extenders or just doing a lot or manual work, my dick gets sore on the sides near the top of it, below the glans on the sides...is this where were suppose to feel it??? would like a little feedback from some guys on where they get sore while stretching.
 
Most of the traction devices are relatively the same, minor differences. Look for one with a guarantee, that way if it doesn't work, or you don't like it, you can at least get your money back.

You have to use proper wrapping/padding/protection to be able to avoid soreness. This is really a FUNDAMENTAL KEY to be able to use it. Here´s pics of what I use. Really cheap stuff.

And remember to start off slowly, here´s a starting routine for you and some other info I made for gymjohn, hope it gives you some tips:


About tension:

You see the tension on how many hexagon cubes that are visible on each side of the extender. If you screw up the thumbsrews while wearing it the tension gets higher and less hexagon cubes are visible.
If you see 3 hexagon cubes, you are at 900g tension.
If you see 2 hexagon cubes you are at 1200g tension.
If you see 1 hexagon cube you are at maximum tension 1500 g.



The only thing you should have in focus is the tension you have. Whether it is with a smaller extender length with thumbscrews screwed very much, or with a longer extender length (one more metal extension bar) and just a little bit of the thumbscrews screwed up.

As you wear the extender during a set, your penis will ease and stretch easier, which will lead to that the traction will fade, while you are still at the me stretching length, this is a good sign.
What you do is just screw up the thumbscrews a little until you are back at targeted tension (ex 1200g).
This means that your penis is in a temporary longer state than when you recently put it on, while still being at the same tension.

So it doesn´t matter if you have a shorter extender device start length (elongation bars) or a little longer, it´s the tension that is the key.

I would recommend that you use the shorter extender length and screw up the thumbscrews a lot, since a shorter device length is easier to mount that a longer one.

Then when it´s time and you need to thumbscrew even more to reach your desired length than what is possible in the extender screws, it is time to add another bar.



Padding

Padding is a important key for all of this. I definitly recommend you to spend some time on buying (it´s very cheap) the materials and start to experiment. It is the foundation for extender use.You can find my personal padding/protection stuff I use in this link:

Starting schedule


In the first week don´t wear it for longer sessions than 20 min each set. You see my approximate directions under each week.

week 1: a total of 1 hour/each day tension 900g
(3 sets of 20 min)

week 2: a total of 2 hour/each day tension 900g
(4 sets of 30 min)

week 3-4: a total of 3 hour/each day tension 900g
(4 sets of 45 min)

week 5-6 a total of 4 hour/ each day
(4 sets x 1 hour)

week 7: a total of 4 hour/ each day tension 1200g (notice the change of tension) (4 sets x 1 hour)

week 8 - and on: if you want, add another hour each week to your everyday use. tension 1200g


Do not use higher tension than 1200g for the first 8-12 months.




In the beginning it´s common that 900g or 1200g stretches shorter or at bpel. But as your penis gets used to the stretch it will for most users after a couple of weeks or months lead to a stretch over bpel, while still using the same traction 1200g.



When you are a way into your extender journey, you should have a aim that you not should feel any exhaustion in your penis for the first 45 min. After that you can wear it for a little bit more, and start to plan to take it off when you hit about 1 hour. But this is like 2 months into your journey.
Start with the small amount of extender work I wrote in the schedule. This is a long run, don´t hurry.


Practising and getting experience before using it in public spaces

Extender work can be done without privacy at all, as long as there are bathrooms to mount and take off the device, which are everywhere, cafe´s, restuarants, trains, offices etc....
But to be able to use it in public spaces you have to be comfortable and experienced in using your extender, knowing by feel how how to turn up the thumbscrews while wearing it, the right hardness of the noose strap, and you have to be able to reach a certain level of session lengths. Like 1 hour. Otherwise if you only can wear it shorter people will at a office notice your running on the toilet all the time.
You also have to get used to walking in stairs, picking things up, only wear loose fitting pants. Throw all your tight jeans out the window. There are a lot of sacrifices and preparations.

I´d say after maybe 2 months of extender use/experience you are ready to take your first steps with the extender mounted in public spaces. Before that you need the privacy to learn and experience wearing it.

The extender companys are really bad in explaining how this thing exactly work, what different settings and traction is measured etc. Hope I can clearify some things with that thread.
 
I have been using padding and it makes a big difference......I am already using extensions to it.....I am currently at 7 1/4 from 7 aftera bout 3 weeks....THis is working great....And also my girth around the base is getting more vascular and thicker...SO i give this a thumbs up.
