Thank you dld for clearing that up. I was hoping you could help me with my routine? I bought the ads, but with my job I can't wear it because I'm constantly moving around. I do have a home aid hanger which is actually almost like the LM. I am doing the newby stretches, but I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of everything

I think that for now you should go with the newbie routine. I would do it as it is written for two weeks and from there we can change girth exercises. If you have the LM we can swap all stretching for that. In addition to the newbie routine I suggest adding in erect stretches and expressive stretches, this will give you two more areas of growth.
 
I've been trying to do erect stretches as you have previously told me. My only problem is getting my penis to stay 100. I use cock rings, but it doesn't seem to stay hard. I was thinking about getting a clamp from the hardware store to see if that would work. What does expressive stretches entail?

So I got my Lengthmaster today and the top plate is cracked. Was thinking this was made out of wood but it actually seems to be made out of plastic/pressed composite that is susceptible to breaking. A bit disappointed in the construction. I’m hoping it was just a faulty unit.

Where/how should I return it for a replacement?

It has limitations, the internal penis is about the same lenght as the external penis. So, if you pull your entire internal penis out, it will hang like a wet sock when it's fully erected.

Their is no way anyone will gain all that without a replacement surgery 😃 a safe estimate would be half. So six inches could yield 3 not including outward growth. I have accomplished much of this as I have almost trippled my size. through manual work and srt I accomplished this but SRT really delivered so much size which is considered very hard to gain from 9 to 11 inches and beyond. I have surpassed that but I will not report until I am home in a strict routine. Pe should be considered a lifelong quest. 20 Yeats for what I got....worth every year but in the beginning I could never imagined a quest of 20 years. Lucky I gained quickly which cemented my life in the lifestyle of pe for life.

I do love your description of internal penis. A wonderful mental and physical measurement.

The SRT Size Blaster Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
This is the all new exercise is the end all girth and length practice that will pack on inches of girth and length through it’s powerful one way compression. The main goal in SRT and gaining size is to not only stretch the size we currently have but to access inches of hidden penis found just below the pubic bone and all the length that goes to your rectum. In some men there is up to 10 inches of internal penis but how to claim this size has been difficult using hands only until now.


The SRT Size Blaster works on a mental level that if the internal penis was exposed we could use it. Keeping this in mind it is our first job to grip the extreme base of the solid, erect penis and dig our grip as far into the internal penis as possible. Just like the Slow Squash Jelq we are not looking for any specific time limit, we are going for as long as we can and when we need rest we rest, regroup and start again. Imagining the penis inside of you coming out is a very tantalizing way of thinking and as it does become viable be sure to include it in the exercise.


I have noticed that I need to use some of my scrotal skin to become part of my shaft to keep gains coming quickly so I am sure to leave as much slack as possible and as I need more skin I can access it. This transference in skin will not only help guys with Turkey Neck but it will help you turn that skin into skin needed for the shaft. Remember, SRT is transposing and repositioning the body and this exercise certainly embodies that.

I like to use ���� as a catalyst for the work but I go with the most innocent martial as possible. As more and more of the internal penis comes forward you will be able to make longer jerks in motion as new penis will appear.

I like to spend about 45-60 minutes doing these to get the best results.


Attach Cock Ring to keep pump for as long as possible.

I've got the Length portion (only) of the routine, including the Blasters at 1 hour + 21 minutes.

With the traditional stretches (Straight Up / Straight Down / BTC / etc..) of 3 x 30 secs in each direction, that's around 1 Hour 35 Minutes.

With a warm up and warm down, this seems like around two hours for the Ultimate Length Routine.

Very tempted to do this as an experiment for something like 12 months, and then do the Girth part of SRT separately for another 6 to 12.
 
By the way @DLD , is the LengthMaster suitable if you have a pretty tight curcumcision and absolutely no foreskin or slack in the skin around that area?

Yes it will work just fine. You will also experience a loosening of that skin making stretching so much more gainful. 12 months us a perfect amount of time to see some great growth

Hey, do you think that the skin healing cycle is actually one of the biggest keys or barriers to the time it takes to gain?

Tissue more than skin. Skin is fastest to stretch and heal
 
@DLD hello i bought POWER ASSIST 2 and im trying to search any Instructions videos or a guideline but it seems the pages and vid is not working i dont know why I need to use this tool in the proper way
