Hi....I have an x40 and when I get good pressure I can go hands free and let it hang. When it hangs like this can this actually help gain in length?
 
Just to clarify I actually have an xtreme x40. Also, when I get good suction and let it hang it feels like its getting good stretching. (I dont wear the bathmate strap btw when letting it hang) Do you guys think this is an effective way to stretch it?
 
In general length and girth compliment each other meaning when you do girth work some of that is going to length and the other way around. The BathMate can be used as a Length Tool even though it is mainly a Girth Tool. Since you are getting such a great vacuum I suggest looking at BathMate HardCore Stretches, these are an expressive length exercise which bring length gains from internal penis.
 
I usually wear the strap, but letting it hang definitely brings a bit more pressure :blush:. You fill it so there is no air left inside right?

But generally speaking you want to go farther. I've read several variations on stretches that can be done with the bathmate. One, in particular, involves squats but I forget the details. I've personally tried hardcore stretches to no avail, but my length has been stubborn outside of that.

I'd still say try some of the variations and listen to your body. It'll tell you which way to go.
 
Yes I fill it all the way up then put it on after a few pumps I can go hands free. Usually the bathmate is around halfway full of water once I can go hands free which helps with the weight and gives that "stretching" feel. Wasn't sure if it was an effective way to stretch or not?

Bathmate hardcore stretches are the only way you can gain length with the BM.If you use the BM in any other way,you will gain girth , and not length.
 
BathMate by itself, with "normal" use, will also bring you length. Just not very much.

If you think there's too much air trapped in the tube you can disconnect the hose, squeeze out the water in it, reconnect. Then point the Xtreme up so you can use the handball to pump out the remaining air.

Vacuum will pull at the cock in all directions which is a way to splay tunica fibers, but if you use bundled stretches beforehand you will have a much easier time getting a stretch from it

I see bathmate as a girth device and so I've never planned on getting it because my focus is length. But it's good that the device does both, I think that's excellent ESPECIALLY since I've heard of a routine of someone using inner penis exercises then using the bathmate to extend the penis and has made gains.

Maybe I might add a 4th pumping set of 5 mins to do the mityvac hardcore stretches. I will try it today and see how it goes.
