Can you over-do it, and if so, in what ways is this deterimental to gains?

I ask because I'm getting a great squeeze on kegels and will happily sit and do a few hundred kegs each day at work. I swear it's what's given me supercharged boners after just a week.

You can never do enough Kegels, the only thing that will happen if you OD on Kegels is fatigue and when you are in the state of fatigue there is no better time to stretch. The more you do the higher your endurance will become and the better your erections will be. Mastering Kegels will also give you much endurance in bed. Also, as your penis becomes bigger you will need more blood to fill it and Kegels are the exercise to make that happen.
 
Thanks DLD. Now, if only I could reverse kegel.....beeng reading about it, tried it, nothing. I still don't fully understand how to do it.

Imagine you're trying to piss harder. It's the same muscle movement. You won't really notice much when you do them, but your testicles will contract.

I can only do that while actually pissing. When I try it outwith pissing, I end up doing a kegel! I will persevere. Practice while pissing until hopefully I can replicate the movement 'away from the pan' lol.
