Man i just recently again started practicing kegals.I had once maybe twice nutted fast for over doing them-when i found out the longer the hold-flex was more important.The reason why i bring it up is because i had a session last night-2 chicks.i got wore em both out for like 3 hrs without cummin at all.At the end i had to concentrate to buss in the other chicks mouth.Kegals-a certain kegal routine will help you with actually lastin in the coochie
 
Whats the kegal routine that makes you last long, you fuck'd them both at the same time or at seperate times.

Yeah i got some of that shit on tape,to start a good kegal routine i would say practice on the grip itself-with stretchin it goes a long way.There were toys brought-but to the daily prectices of mos- my shaft was chose.I do minute long kegals,where ever and how ever.I would say get good at doing alot of minute long kegals if you have an active sex partner.It was a beautiful experience indeed-the girl said i fuck hard--was hittin her bottom with at least 2 inches left out of her.

If I understand correctly, all your kegels are done while stretching, maybe except the morning ones... is that correct?

Which off your kegels (from your routine) last a full minute, and which are shorter?


You must have a hell of a PC (BC) muscle to hold kegels for a minute over and over.
