Does anybody have any tips for increasing circulation while in the SG? I seem to either get:

Good circulation (and long duration) with a medium amount of slippage

or

Poor Circulation (short duration) with no amount of slippage

I use the Autovac Extender mod if that makes a difference.

I find 30 minutes is the perfect time to take off and put back on. Some can go an hour under strong tension before a break. This gives opportunity to massage and get some angular stretching in, which will add to the gains you are already making. I like the half hour because I find this is when I start to lose a bit of traction, in which case I can make fine adjustments at the base of the SizeGenetics to continue the set or, as I stated, take off and recirculate stretch and start the next set.

Oh wow, so you're of the opinion that you can through lots of 30 minute sets?
 
Yeah, really no way around it man. I can go for 30-60 minutes at high tension, or 60-90 minutes at very low tension. I favor the longer durations though. I always do 30 second BTC stretches after I take of the extender too. I play with the adjustment rods through out the day. Some days I max it out with very little tension, especially after the newbie routine and jelqs, but its stretched good and feels good.

About 5-10 minutes. Like DLD said I also massage it around a bit after the BTC stretches and by then I'm good for another session.

I agree with the 5-10 minutes. Getting up and walking around for a bit helps too.

To give an example, I'll start a session at let's say... 7PM. Stretch at mid tension for 30 minutes, take the SG off at 7:30 and get myself back to normal.

Then I'll put the SG on again at 7:40, and after 10 minutes I'll add another bar, and 20 minutes another set of bars and higher tension. I'll take the SG off at 8:10, then I give myself a rest for 30 minutes or more before the next session.


also, try gently squeezing the glans when you're not in too tight. I've noticed that if the comfort strap is a little bit loose I can get some pinkish color back in with gentle squeezes. It's only a temporary fix, however...for a minute or two.

3 Minutes, just enough time to stretch out and get some good blood flow. As I said, this gives a great opportunity to make sure the traction is good and maybe even add a bit...the quick massage and stretch will help also with gains so it is a win/win. Some men go for hours without taking off and reattaching but I think they are missing out on a quick break that actually helps with gains.
 
As long as your doing 30 minutes that a good amount. The longer I wear it straight the longer of a break I need. I like to wear it for 30-60 min then stretch after and put on my xsleeve for 30 min. Then put sg back on. This way I get a good break but I'm still extended.

I just started using the extender with a purpose. Got a good month in now and understanding the device better then before. I got it back in 07' but quickly lost interest. This time I'm pretty excited and focused about this whole thing.
