Hi everyone,

I have been jelqing and manual stretching for let's say a good period of 4-5 months made some awesome gains. 0.8 inch in BPenis EnlargementL and 0.1 inch in girth. Then exams came and I had to take some time to stop pe for a while to study. I would say maybe 3 to 4 weeks. Then I returned 2 months back to it I jelqed, horse squeezes and sjj every other day and had stopped stretching it didn't feel right anymore I didn't get the same stretch in my ligaments like before very weird it didn't feel comfortable. So 2 months passed by and I have gained nothing currently im standing at 7 x 5 BPenis EnlargementL and im eager to gain again. Have u guys got any tips? My personal solution was it's time to get devices. I would like to buy a clamper and a hanger or extender when I have the budget for it. Feel free to share your opinion thank you =)

What are your goals? It sounds like you'r focused on both length and girth?
First off you are above the average on both, so good place to start. Sometimes with a break like that the gains can become cemented, yeah. You've gotta up your game yo get growng again.

For both length and girth I'd suggest a hydropump. I went Penomet and now with the new gators out I'm more in favor of the PT over others.

Lets say you are thinking to get the SG. Mine was about $200, lil more I got extended replacement... so that did help me in gaining +1" length and I'm sure it would have helped me grow longer if not for my hiatus while I dated my wife.
Now I have PT and its expanding me in both. Gonna measure in a couple days and see what's up.

Of the two I'd suggest the PT as a first buy now. Reason being, there are nice cheap tools to help heal expanded or extended to follow up a pump routine. So you can use it for both. For about $200 you can get the Extra package and use PT the way intended.

For girth do 5x5x3 routine. I do it with a flexible cockring on. Helps stay up. I leave the cockring on and that could be it for girth. Other times ill do edging or just fondle myself enough to keep hard and heal that expanded state.

PT can be used for length as well. It also expands the CCs, the inner balloon structures inside the penis, in length az well as circumference. So it sucks your penis longer as well as fatter.
I use it sometimes as a super warmup for length. I kegel inside it during the pumping. After the 5x5x3 session take off the cockring. Do a good full basic stretch routine. Incident whatever exotic stretches you want. Go as long as you want. I then put on my SG and do high tension sets. Do at least 4 hours. You will need a comfortable attachment to even try this. Each hour take off, unwrap and do basic stretches. I focus on the biggest gun, the btc and rotaries. Back into SG. After all that do UJS to heal extended. I use my new Stealth now.

For a morning pe routine I can do 5x5x3 session, basic stretch routine, then put on lock hanging and go to work.
Trouble is I work early and I'm a night person... plus I draw agrro from housemates if I'm in the bathroom that long. So I don't do this often even tho I'd prefer to.

Whys that, dld? I'm your disciple in SRT. I just studied that, as well as every root routine or stretch thread you got stuff for SRT from. Then I did it, and maybe combined a few more things like blasters (K's/rk's ). That's it. So I spit SRT when the guys ask for help upping their game. That's your routine bro. Thanks tho. You've been appreciative lately and I appreciate that.

So, OP whiteburry, keep posted what tool buy you make and the brotherhood can give you tips.
Best one for now is study SRT and make your decision off what you can do in your daily/weekly schedule now.

Since I posted the above I realized, it would be fairly easy for you to add SG to what you're already doing. Just do jelqs another session of the day, add SSJs and put on cockring to heal expanded. Then do your basic stretches routine, put on SG and do tension sets for hours. All sources agreed 4 hours is a kind of minimum if you're serious to use SG by itself to gain. Multiplexed in with SRT and various other pe forms and tools, maybe wont need as long? I'd still do it if possible tho.
So if you favor the SG there's how.

It is very normal for your penis to adapt to your routine. This is why we always encourage brothers here to change their routine whenever they notice something similar to what you noticed.

What you need now is the Length master and the mityvac penis pump. The length master when used for 40 minutes daily will bring all the needed length gains as long as you are consistent and you are always using the right amount of intensity.

For girth, get yourself a mityvac penis pump and do the 5x5x3 routine found in SRT.

Increasing the intensity exponentially, is the key to keep plateaus at bay.
