I appreciate that this may sound like a stupid question, and it probably is. :/

I have noticed a definite change in my erection size compared to how tired and stressed I'm feeling. Even though I'm only 18, I have always been insecure about size, arising from three factors- the copious amounts of ���� I used to watch, the fact that I'm a grower- flaccid length 2-3 inches- ( a half Asian one, at that), and the fact that I once stumbled across my dad once, and his flaccid schlong was huge, at least to me. So I'm kinda upset at the fact I didn't inherit his genetics.

Anyway, when I'm fully erect I'm 6.1-2 inches long and 5.2 inches wide. A fairly standard penis. Nonetheless, I still want to improve the size of it, hence I'm on this forum. One example of the changes in my size was 3 weeks ago, when after a stressful week I had a spontaneous erection, and its full size was as mentioned. It made me feel more optimistic, but 4 hours later, it barely exceeded 4 inches, and was a lot thinner too. Mind you, I was lying down, but that would not account for such a huge loss, would it? It was the same for the following week. But after that, I reached a slightly bigger length-5.5 inches, but still skinnier. I attributed this to the fact that I had an exam in 2 hours time, and hadn't gotten any sleep. But I don't know if I'm clutching at straws here.

I should also point out that I would probably deem myself a chronic masturbator, often 4-5 times a day. But now I'm on "nofap", and have experiences really worrying symptoms:
Shrunked flaccid and testicles
Rubbery flaccid
Unable to sleep very well

But I'v discovered that these are likely withdrawal symptoms, but they still stress me out.

Based on my accounts, would it be fair to say that the reduction of my EQ is because of my bad habits? It just doesn't seem to be the case, in my opinion.
 
Much of your eq issues arise from anxiety no doubt so it is important to relax and not try so hard. You are young and have a healthy penis that you abused through constant masturbation and it will take some time to recover. Allow yourself a week to practice abstinence and use some deep massage to help the normality come back to your penis. After this we can think about getting into PE full out. In the mean time, while you are healing, you can do a some basic stretching to keep yourself in the game being sure to remain flaccid during the exercises. In about a week we can add in girth work and work on the erection quality issues. Fear not, this is temporary and what will fix it is discipline in masturbation to 1 time a day at most if you have no lover.

Thanks for your advice. But when I go on forums like topix and yahoo answers where they discuss size, at length, it bothers me and I need to stop. The exercises look promising, provided I put in the effort. Should I focus on losing more weight first?

The average size thrown about on these forums, one that has been backed up somewhat by the more recent studies, is 5.5 bone pressed (5 visible) by 4.75. Your length is somewhat above and your girth is large. Go for bigger if you want but don't be so hard on yourself about what you have.

That's only when i'm fully erect though. I haven't done a bone pressed measurement yet. It looks smaller in comparison to my fat waist. I do want at least a 7 incher. Plus, i'm a grower, even though other websites disregard the existence of such a category. But also as a way of making me more confident, particularly when pushed against the Asian stereotype.

Avoid these sites with such ignorance! The Brotherhood will shoot straight and give you advice that is true. Yahoo answers and the like are simply banter.

This site is simply great! I need to adopt a more positive mindset, I know. Hopefully, as time passes, the stigma will eventually wear off.
 
That's right. The less you worry about your penis, the less likely you are to have trouble with it. You've already proven to yourself that you can have a good size, now you just need to get it through your head that you are that size. That is your size. Anything less is a fluke, a bad day, a rare occurrence.
When you perk up, it will too.

Very true, obsessing on fictional problems from sketchy sites can bring undue anxieties. At MOS you will always get a straight, real answer coming from personal experiences.
 
Damn man. You sound just like me. I am also a grower and have been having size anxiety since I was 14 and I am 18 now. I was addicted to ���� and I had been doing nofap on and off last year with sixty days being my record. It did not help me much, but that is just me.
What you are going through right now is a flatline. It can be pretty scary. It will go away.

Restriction from masturbation will not change much in PE or sexually, it is natural to masturbate but over doing it is where things become tricky. I suggest no one masturbates more than once per day and that is if you do not have sex. If you are active sexually masturbation should not be needed. But, for those who do not have a women in their lives masturbation is important to relieve certain stress and anxiety that can build up. All things in moderation my Brother.
