Are your erections getting better or worse? If they're the same or better you're likely recuperating adequately. That would mean you need to step thinks up.
If they're worse that means you're overworked and need to incorporate more rest into your schedule or you need to cut bacl on the intensity/volume of your exercises.
My erections really don't get normal until after a few hours after a workout. The other day though while jelqing the head expansion was not like it had been during previous workouts.
i am always so shore after stretching that i have to take a brake for 3-4 days, but a am still shore after 3-4 days of rest. sould i take rest until i am completely heald ??
Last month i was resting up to 4 days between sessions and i still gained 0.3cm and thats not due to me being a beginner, its just from stretching well. Break for however long you see fit.
