I was experimenting with the mandigo stretch and i found a way to make it 10 times more powerful and painful. Get into the mandigo stretch so your knuckles are running along the upper side of your shaft then slide your thumb in between your knuckles and shaft and push downwards. IT FEELS LIKE THE Penis EnlargementNIS IS GOING TO COME OF. I did this stretch just now in the shower and i can already feel pain. im going to do this 4 mins a day, hope to see some good results

By golly he's right! The stretch is more knarly than I thought it was when I first got it down! Just add a thumb. Nice work Dan!

Yeah i am confident this will give me huge gains, im gonna do it for a month then mesure. Im taking photos too.

I am having trouble picturing how to do this. I have been doing the __________ stretch in the bundled position, but I can't picture sliding my thumb in between my knuckles and shaft. Can you explain it another way for me?

1] A stretch that places immense stress on the dorsal ligaments via one hand and uses special hand placement, movement to utilize its full potential.

2] Its meant to give the user massive length gains and as __________ is fancied as the biggest in ����, I assume thats why it was named after him but I don't know for sure?

I actually tried this as I was trying it out the first time.

I had to take a break it was so intense lol.

I swear I saw some crazy temp gains those first few days. I gotta try it again.

Your thumb goes on the upper side of the penis between the knucles:

Great stuff, its a modified manuel variant of the PA version I've been doing. So guys can do this at a higher intensity than the default without a PA. Anyone who does own a PA, do try it and I promise you wont be unhappy by it. My cock seems longer flaccid-wise now.

I am getting the newest POWER ASSIST tomorrow. I can't wait to try this out.
 
How many reps of this excercise? also, which nuckles, the ones we punch with or the finger knuckles, cheers.

The ones you punch with...the excercise is the same as madigo excercise...im doing 2x 2min sets because im already doing other excercises besides it

sorry i made a mistake...Im doing 1 minute sets because the grip makes my hand lock and hurt if i hold it for too long.

im going to do about 3 1minute sets.

you can do more if you like but i think this is really intense so its not needed to do so much

3 sets of 1 min
