Lately I have changed my routine and have been stretching for shorter periods of time but much more intensely. I have also been jelqing much more intensely (more of a horse squeeze/jelq combo). Anyway, my flaccid hang has been awesome. I am longer, thicker, and most importantly heavier.

But there is a downside: I am always really sore. My unit constantly feels beat up. The skin is tender (almost prickly feeling), and my inner penis feels all banged up.

So do you guys think this is a good thing? Or am I overdoing it? I love this new feeling but don't want to "overtrain".
 
Jelqing takes more out of your unit then stretching does, and if you are going at it too intensely your pecker is going to suffer for it. Too many horse squeezes will leave you asking for trouble. Ease up, maybe even take a few days off to let things settle down. As for stretching, how do you do it more intensely unless you go past the point of a good, hard stretch and reach the point where you are hurting yourself? A good stretch should be felt at the base for sure, but at no point should it be painful. And while on the subject of stretching, some of us, myself included, feel that more is gained from 60 second stretches rather than the more traditional 30. That is 60 seconds of a good, steady stretch, not 60 seconds of hurting yourself from pulling too hard.
 
Don't overdo it. I heard of cases where the penis shrinks due to trauma. I don't know the biological terms for what happened but basically trauma to the penis will make it decrease in size rather than increase. Just be careful of what you're doing to your penis.
 
I'm doing some traditional stretches, DLD's A stretches, and Blue Whale's bundled stretches. With DLD's I am taking my forearm and rolling it sideways and bringing it closer to my stomach. With Blue Whale's I am really just twisting my wrist more and really feeling for that burn down in the base of my penis. With the intensity I am hitting, there is no way I can get 60 seconds.

I don't feel any real pain during the stretches; it is throughout the day that my penis is tender and kind of prickly feeling at the base and the first half inch or so (I have wondered if that is nerves or something).

Right now I am doing a two on one off routine. I jelq in the am and stretch in the evening. I only do about 1 hour in the pm. I also pump about twice a week. Maybe I will go for a one on one off and see where that leaves me.
 
1 hour? Thats a long time, man. An hour of Mandingos would damn near pull my cock off.

If it is working stay with it....you can become used to the intensity.
 
Just be careful man, intensity is cool, but if you hit a nerve then you might have a problem. My advice is to split the routine up in 2x40 minutes. That's exactly what I am doing and I have gained close to 2 inches in 3 months (Went from 6.5" Bpel to 8.2" Bpel - A-stetch, and some bundled stretches I have experimented with).
Good luck and don't go too rough, you have got only one irreplaceable unit ;P

Seriously, your gains are awesome. Could you tell us exactly what your routine consists of?
 
From my own exprerience I can tell you that you probably in one day off. This day off will allow your penis to recover and you will notice that it will get even bigger. I was in your same situation at one point, having awesome workouts with awesome instant results, but my dick was feeling beat up just like yours. I ignored it and kept going at it, but one day I woke up and noticed that my dick felt beat up and now it looked like it had shrunk. So what I did was that I took one day off (except for a little warm up in the shower but nothing intense, just something to get the blood flowing), and found that the next day my dick was longer and thicker and it felt ready for war. Before then I didnt take days off, now I dont have set days for days off, I just go by how my dick feels at the moment. Hope this is helpfull.
 
Well, I have to say my methods sound a bit stupid, but they helped me ! My routine is the following:
Warm-up (5-6 minutes)
total: ~30 minutes.
first 10 minutes: Bundled A-Stretch
5 minutes: Some bundled stretches with a plastic pipe to get even more intense stretches (like the A-stretch, I actually stole some ideas of the Length Master or Power Assist - Sorry DLD :p)
5 minutes: Blue Whale's Mother of lig stretch
last 10 minutes: Don't have a name for this. I actually pull the penis down with all force, so I'll get a hanging-effect (don't have the accessories for hanging, so I just use my hands).
Warm-down 5 minutes.

I do this routine twice a day. You might have noticed that I don't count in reps. In my opinion a rep just limits your opportunities to intensity. What I mean is, that you need some time to get to the highest point of your intensity and this might equal 1 or 2 reps (60 or 120 seconds), so just forget about reps and do the stretch (regardless how many breaks you do) until the time is up.
The next point is the intensity itself.
I used to go very regular to the gym to build up muscles and loose weight. I know you might ask now how this can help your gains, but my experience is, that if you are stronger, you are able to hold the intensity of the stretch longer and go like a climax (like every 5 seconds more power). I think this is also a good method to prevent injuries, as I always go to the maximum of my power and never had a serious injury. Just stretching marks, but I am actually always happy when I see them, because that means that my workout was good. If you don't want to go to the gym, I am sure some push ups before your workout can do the same job.
That's it more or less, of course you have to do this workout very regular. I used to do this 6 days a week, with 1 day off for masturbation (yes, during the Penis Enlargement-period no jerking :( ). I know you might have expected more, but the concept is, as DLD said in one thread, so simple ! Just pull it !

I actually use only my hands and a plastic pipe (approx. 12 inches in length and 2 in girth - it's a very thin one but very hard to bend, so it's perfect for me). No pills of course. I don't know if that helps you, but the whole period I did this I used to hear very loud music (with the MP3 - The Game rox !!!). It kind of makes me forget about the "pain" and enables the oppurtunity to stretch harder.

Feeling sore is a good thing...that means your doing it right.

I started about 5 months ago but after 2 weeks stopped. Just started again with a whole new outlook on it and have the pedal to the metal!
